Just Roofs and Gutters

They were great…at first. I called Tyler out because our roof had a leak. He did a quick repair to hold us over. While he was up there he did a full roof assessment and pointed out things that were poorly done by our previous roofer. He gave me a formal quote for one section. Then I asked for a quote for another section in an effort to prevent further immediate issues. That’s where things went bad. He presented a spreadsheet to my husband and I, showing full replacement cost and cost to just address the areas most likely to have leaks soon. I asked for a formal quote for 2 sections. I kept asking. And asking again. Never received it. I was ready to move forward with repairs and getting frustrated. He finally texted me at 9pm asking if we could get on a call before he sent the quote over. I knew this was a big red flag. We got on a call. Somehow the verbal pricing he gave me increased more than $1500 when he did the formal quote I was practically begging for. I got lots of excuses, an apology, but no accountability. He had his sales Manager, Ken, call me and I got more excuses and no accountability. He said he’d review the quote and get back to me. Imagine my surprise that I’m still waiting, days later, for a call back. At this point, I’d pay the higher amount to another company because Just Roofs and Gutters has completely broken trust with me as a consumer. Don’t quote prices that you can’t stand behind and don’t make your customers chase you with work. So disappointed with Tyler and Ken. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

This company put a new roof on my house for the seller 3 years ago this month. It was funded by the insurance claims proceeds of the seller. I'm currently having my roof replaced because of a hail storm. The decking had to be completely replaced. Just Roofs and Gutters communicated nothing to me about the deck condition. Maybe it was fine 3 years ago. You be the judge.

Tyler inspected the roof on a home I’m looking to purchase and gave me a detailed, honest report with photos and solid recommendations on how to preserve it and maximize its lifespan. No upselling, no fluff—just straight talk and professional work. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a roofing company. Highly recommend.

Excellent work done by the crew putting on the roof in 2024. Recently had an inspection after some heavy hail. Tyler Sharp was professional and conscientious and reported roof was in perfect condition. A pleasure working with Just Roofs and Gutters.

Jeffrey Meinz was absolutely amazing. Was on time to our scheduled appointment, inspected our roof and provided a fair a timely estimate. We went with him to replace our roof, crews were on time, professional and did a great job keeping the job-site clean.
