Wiseman Roofing

In July of 2024, I called Wiseman Roofing to get a quote for a roof on our rental home in Colorado Springs. We are a military family and not currently stationed in the Springs anymore, and so when it comes to trusting a company from afar, I am always a little cautious. From the very start Evan was super knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to get out to our home pretty quickly. Little did I know, he would go above and beyond for us in the coming months. I had issues with our Insurance not wanting to cover the roof claim. They declined our claim after 2 inspectors and the roofing company said it needed replacement and with clear evidence. We ended up having to have an Engineer fly out from Texas just to finally get it approved. There is more to this story and the lousy Insurance company I will never use again, but I am trying to keep it short for the sake of this review. For 6 months, Evan kept in contact with me, sending occasional texts and always asking if there was anything he could do to help. He offered to meet with every claims adjuster they sent out and did meet with them and even met with the Engineer they flew out, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I felt like I truly had someone on my side. For months I battled with our Insurance and would update Evan about the status, even venting to him my frustration with the Insurance company. Keep in mind, I have never met Evan in person, and have only spoken on the phone with him and/or texted with him, but he was always so understanding and kept a positive attitude, always reminding me that Wiseman Roofing would help in any way they could. I’m happy to report that we were finally able to get that new roof in January 2025 after 6 long months of dealing with the Insurance company. When I say that Wiseman Roofing and Evan went above and beyond for us, it’s an understatement! I don’t know many, if any, roofing companies that would have stuck through this with us, while I dealt with the Insurance company! I imagine most would have forgotten about us. This truly made us feel like they care for their customers and that they truly care about their work. I will never use another roofing company in Colorado Springs again. We own another rental property in the Springs and I look forward to working with Wiseman Roofing again when that roof needs replacing. Three months ago I knew I needed a new roof. It took me months and countless quotes, people coming out to my home, just to give me outrageous price, or they just seem shady as hell.
