Michael Tate with Priority Roofing did an excellent job from beginning to end on the replacement of my roof, gutters, and exterior paint. He expertly worked with my insurance company in a professional and timely manner. The crew had to tear off 4 layers of shingles and put on new decking while at a steep pitch and the final result is wonderful. He just completed the paper work my insurance required for me to get a discount on my policy. It’s a huge savings. I love the new exterior of my home. I highly recommend Michael and Priority Roofing.

I had the opportunity to work with Zion from Priority Roofing. Zion was fantastic. He was professional and timely with his communication.met all our needs. He interfaced with our insurance company to advocate for us, and took great pride in the work that was done. Highly recommend him. Zion even supported us with having been previously denied by Allstate to have insurance reconsider, which was ultimately approved. We were skeptical about trying to have the decision reconsidered, but thankful we did.

This company and their employees are totally informative. They do all they can to help the customer including dealing with the insurance company. Zion is the gentleman who we have been working with and he seriously cares about you as a customer and knows what he is talking about. It’s such a breath of fresh air to work with professionals that you can trust what they say and they show up when they say they are going to be there. Five stars is not enough! I met Zion Bodoin as he came off my neighbor’s roof and I asked him to give mine a quick look. He did and a few minutes later we were contacting my insurance company. Zion handled everything from helping file the claim, meeting with the adjuster, showing me materials and options for my new roof, and scheduling the work. Installation day was amazing. The crew arrived at 7:30 and started stripping off the old roof. By 11:00, the old roof was gone and new shingles were going on. At 2:30, I had a new roof. The crew and every scrap of roof debris were gone! I’ve never seen such courtesy, quality, efficiency, and professionalism in a work crew. Truly amazing. Would I recommend Priority Roofing? Absolutely!

Just had my roof completed today! I would recommend this company to family and friends. Great to work with. They were in and out in no time providing quality work and outstanding customer service. I worked with Tim who was great to work with and made the process easy and best practices. They were very professional and would used them again. Zion from Priority Roofing was a pleasure to work with. It’s not often I can rave about service these days but he really went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied customers. Great communication, handled everything for us, answered all our questions, really just made the whole process of roof replacement and dealing with insurance matters and existing solar panels a breeze. Highly recommend.

From the outset, Zion (and the Priority team) were very forthcoming. They walked us through what hail damage looked like, helped us understand what the insurance would likely cover vs. what might be out of pocket, and showed us photographic documentation. After a hailstorm hit our house, we needed to replace the entire roof. We chose Zion & Priority Roofing in Colorado Springs, and overall, they did an outstanding job. That clarity made a big difference—no guesswork. Would recommend them and use them again in the future. 10/10
