This is a great company for roof replacement.Jesse the sales rep is very knowledgeable and can answer all the questions. Emmanuel was on the sight everyday explaining what was taking place.They have there own employed crews which are very efficient. The pool area was covered so debris wouldn't fall in and the entire area is cleaned each day at the completion of work. The BBB gives them an A+ rating which they deserve with all reviews being excellent. Another 5 star review to add to the list. Our insurance company was denying us insurance at the end of the year unless we had our 18 year old roof replaced. I got four estimates, with all the estimates being within $2000 of each other. At the end of the day my wife and I decided to go with Perfect Roofing due to the positive reviews and we weren't disappointed. Emanuel patiently waited for us to decide on a color and quickly started the project once we were ready. The installation took about a week and all inspections passed. Emanuel made a point to make sure we got all the permits approved and closed during the Christmas / New Years holidays in order to get my House insurance renewed. Throughout the process we were given accurate estimates on when different jobs would be started and completed. I highly recommend Perfect Roofing to any of my neighbors.

I highly recommend Perfect roofing of south Florida ,The service was excellent from the start. Yadir was very prompt to come out to the home for an evaluation and was very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with how quickly the job was completed. The quality of the material , choices and workmanship was fantastic and the total price was spot on with communication and updates ,very happy with the job done. They made sure to keep all the ares clean and protected even the pool was covered to make sure of any debris getting in. Thanks!

2018/11/6 - My roof repair was done. Out of the three roofing companies I called for an estimate, Perfect Roofing of Florida was the only company to return my call instantly and schedule a visit to give an estimate for my roof/leak repair. Emmanuel was very professional, seemed very honest and straight forward when showing me where the problem on my roof was. After providing me a quote, we decided to schedule the work for the following week and was very accommodating to my schedule. The day of the repair, Emmanuel and a crew arrived on time and began the work. I was very pleased to receive messages with pictures of the repair work progressed, which made me feel very comfortable with what they had done without me being on top of their work. The price they offered me to get the job done, I believe, was very reasonable. I would truly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or just a repair as they were very professional from beginning to end.
