They assigned Carl as our representative and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. He promptly came out to assess the situation, answered all of our many questions with great knowledge, and worked with us to give us the best value for our money. During the actual roofing process, he was present most of the time to ensure everything was done correctly and even used magnets to pick up any stray nails afterward.
