It was time to replace the well worn roof on our 1860's house that didn't have plywood sheathing on most of it. We asked all our friends that are home owners or construction contractors who they would recommend for a re-roofing job, they all said the same thing, Tom Lee Roofing. But!, they said, they are always booked-up and they are pricey. So we got bids from our friend's second and third choices, plus Tom Lee. All the other bids came in really high, Tom Lee came in WAY lower than the others... . The entire Tom Lee team were incredibly professional and timely. The job site was always kept clean & the neighbor's homes were protected. Excellent work from everyone. We feel fortunate to have had Tom Lee Roofing re-roof our quirky old house. So, contact them early, don't wait until the last minute. They will work you into their schedule and you won't regret it.

Outstanding work. Foreman Uriel was a great communicator. I appreciate that he knocked on the door each morning to let me know the team was there and starting work, and again in the evening to let me know they were done for the day and what would happen the next day. Uriel also appropriately asked me to make certain decisions that came up during the course of the work (like removing a chimney), and provided alternatives. I also greatly appreciated the daily clean up (and so did my neighbors). The team left my driveway looking better than when they arrived. Well worth paying a bit extra for a great customer service experience—and a sound roof.

Tom Lee Roofing has a lot of customers and is incredibly busy with scheduling, but they were able to provide me with a timely cost estimate upon request. Although their quotes do take some time to be returned (5-7 business days), they are incredibly detailed and thorough which is exactly what you want from a contractor. I’m frankly impressed with the amount of information they seem to have recalled from their 10 minute inspection.

The team at Tom Lee Roofing, Inc is exceptional. They arrived on site early and worked rigorously throughout the day to complete the job. At the end of the day, everything was cleaned up and there was not a trace of the team having been on site except for a new roof. Very reliable roofing company who has done work for my family for many years. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionalism and top notch work.

I recently had an inspection done on my 20-year-old roof. The estimator was honest and thorough, advising me that the roof still had years of life left and only needed some maintenance. When the work was carried out, Joaquin and his crew did excellent work. He was highly communicative, providing clear explanations of each step and keeping me updated throughout the day. I'm very happy with the work and will definitely reach out for any future needs.

Tom Lee Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof. We have a flat roof and water was not draining wherein we had about five large pools of water. A new roof was installed wherein the roof was sloped to address the issue. The job took one week to complete wherein the workers were on time everyday, the job site was thoroughly cleaned everyday, and the job foreman informed me of the progress everyday. The job was completed just before a very heavy rainstorm and an inspection of the roof following the storm reflected there was no pooling and the roof was completely dry!! The city inspector stated the roof project was one of the best he had ever seen and there was no need to worry as the roof would probably last more than 25 years. Tom Lee Roofing is not the cheapest, but is the very best you can buy. The quality and professional workmanship was also evident by their work at my sister-in-law’s home, my mother’s home, and my aunt’s home.
