From start to finish, I had amazing experience with AA. Mike Tinker was a down to earth guy with loads of roofing experience and made sure that I was informed every step of the way regarding the roof replacement and insurance. I would highly recommend AA in the future to anyone needing their roof replaced.

Our initial impression of Accurate America was favorable. Dylan Friedman, the salesperson, was good with updating us on the progress of getting insurance approval for the job as well as letting us know when the replacement of our roof would take place. As far as we know so far, the quality of the work was fine. However, workers broke two of our paver tiles when tossing the old roofing materials off the roof onto the ground. Dylan assured us he would replace the tiles. Weeks went by without him offering suitable options, then months. Frustrated with this lack of progress, I offered to help look for paver tiles, which Dylan took for an excuse to continue to sit back and do nothing. Up until this point, I gave Dylan deposit checks on the spot and made online progress payments immediately when requested. I decided to withhold additional payments until the broken paver tiles were replaced, however, thinking the unpaid amount would encourage the company to finally finish the job. Instead of motivating Accurate America to complete the project, though, they instead sent emails threatening to turn us over to collections. I stated our position that the job wasn't done given the failure of Dylan to replace the tiles; that I would be more than happy, even eager, to send them the final payment when that occurred. Fast forward another month with no tile replacement. Now Dylan threatens to file a lien against our home unless the invoice – less $500 for the tiles, which he finally admits he has no intention of replacing – is paid. I'm no lawyer, but this feels an awful lot like extortion to me. So the end result: Accurate America got their money. We got stuck with replacing the paver tiles Accurate America broke and never replaced. And Accurate America gets this lovely review and a complaint to our insurance company for their unparalleled customer service and follow-through.

Extremely communicative and helpful with every step of the process to work through an insurance claim. AA was able to get insurance approval for several additional parts of our roof/gutters that the business our insurance company sent out had missed. Making payments was easy and flexible. They are an extremely well-run business and would recommend to anyone.

Colter initiated the process by knocking on my door for a free estimate and delivered professionalism and top tier customer service. After discussing details about painting our house, we had Accurate America complete the work and it looks great! Michael Tinker helped make this happen smoothly and was able to explain the insurance cost breakdown easily. Highly recommended if you want quality work and need to paint your house!

Disaster from the beginning. Go with another company. They will not ever give an "accurate" amount owed. I was given several different estimate amounts throughout the months long process. They wanted to charge more than double what another companies wanted for paint. Thankfully I went with another painting company. The original project manager was fired. And every time another issue came up their answer was always to blame the guy that was fired. Instead of owning up to obvious current mistakes. The new guy, Mike, was pleasant yet still never gave a true estimate cost. Ended up putting the wrong color shingles. Thankfully I had proof of what the correct color was supposed to be. Then tried to compare other roofs of my neighbors saying that grey looked pretty much like the black shingles (that I was supposed to get) and even had "specks of black in the grey shingles" so shouldn’t make that much of a difference sticking with grey. Or I could just change the paint color that I spent weeks deciding on to better match a roof that I did t want. It was a huge hassle and months worth of waiting to even get the roof completed. Then to have to go through it all again really was not what I wanted to do. I was told I would get $2k discount for the wrong shingles. When I spoke to the owner of Gold’s Roofing in Loveland, he said I should be receiving 4k discount or roof replaced. I then spoke to a local contractor without disclosing my discussion with Gold’s, ironically enough was told the same exact figure of 4k. So right away I knew I was being lowballed by Accurate. Even after all their communication screw ups, waiting games on permits and supplies. When asked multiple times of what my balance was I was given a round estimate of $4900 minus the 2k discount. Again multiple times I was led to believe I would owe $2900 give or take a few dollars. Instead I was charged 3800+. I paid the 2900 waiting to hear if insurance would be making up the remainder amount as I was assured would definitely happen. Of course, it did not. A few days of paying what I knew was owed ($2900) for sure, I received multiple calls and text messages from Dylan and Mike, within a few days time of wanting to get the invoice "taken care of." Mind you it had only been a few days from paying the 2900. Not a week, not months, days with absolutely no issue of receiving prior payments from me. Yet I was being treated like I left unpaid bills for long periods of time. Yet they were the dishonest ones in the end. Ultimately, they felt dishonest, dismissive, deflected any responsibility for their screw ups supply wise and financially. Also the trim on the front of my shed looks horrible. They couldn’t even make the trim streamlined.
