I can thoroughly recommend Elk Construction. I live in an HOA controlled town home which was one of several which had been left unfinished by a previous contractor. Now my neighbors and I are pleased as ours has been finished correctly and architecturally added value to the house. The owner, staff and work crew were second to none. They worked hard, swept and tidied up at the end of the day and made sure we were happy with their work. When one of the work crew found out the light in my garage had broken he and the electrician insisted on repairing it for me, even providing the part needed and refusing payment. I really appreciated the gesture as I know it would have been a costly repair. I hope this information is helpful and can confirm you would not be disappointed if you chose them for your construction work.

We hired Elk for a new roof and siding and are happy with the results. They were incredibly gracious as we considered (and reconsidered) each decision, and were responsive when we had questions or concerns. Hopefully we won't need a new roof or siding for a while, but we've recommended them to our neighbors and would be happy to hire them again.

I had a representative from Elk come out on a Saturday and inspect damage to my roof. The rep arrived on time and was personable and professional. When he was finished he told me he would have the quote to me by Monday afternoon. Monday comes and goes, no quote. I called Tuesday and left a message. I called again on Wednesday and spoke to the rep who inspected my roof. He told me that they were putting together some information and would email it to me. 7 days after the original visit I have not heard a thing. They might possibly do good work but they get a one star for customer service.

Elk roofing was recommended to us by our insurance agent who also hired Elk to repair his damages. We were going with another company however, Elk was willing to work and listen to what our concerns were and gave us confidence that we chose the best company for our needs! We had multiple hail storms in the last few years and wanted someone to come take a look at our solar panels and roof. ELK roofing was recommended by our insurance company and they provided a comprehensive inspection of our roof and solar panels. I appreciate the honesty of this company and Trey provided a report that included multiple pictures of our roof. The company was responsive and ultimately indicated we did not need a new roof. Very honest and indicated to please call in the future if we wanted them to come out and take a look if another hail storm hits. We definitely will reach out to this company in the future.
