I contacted Matt Bello at Fisher Thompson Construction because he replaced a roof for my neighbor. From the initial "Hi, how are you?" to meeting with him at a project I was needing advice and bids on, Matt was the essence of professionalism. He was so kind and helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. Due to unforseen circumstances, I was not able have Matt do this project. I will, however, keep his number and he will be at the top of my list to call when other external home projects come up. He and his crew did an amazing job on my neighbor's roof and that is why he was the only person I called. I highly recommend Matt Bello and Fisher Thompson Construction, and I look forward to working with him on a future project. Thank you, Matt for everything!

They helped with everything from the initial insurance claim process to getting our roof and gutters replaced, and our new roof looks absolutely incredible. They did everything possible to minimize my out-of-pocket cost, and they communicated effectively every step of the way. FTC Roofing did an amazing job on our home! I highly recommend them as they go above and beyond! They did an amazing job working with the insurance company. FTC Roofing was awesome. They got my roof taken care of and replaced so fast after a major hail storm. In fact, I think we were the first roof done (by any company) on our street. This family business seems to really care. Our project manager, Derrik Fisher, was amazing. They were super respectful. Derrik really took the time to listen and answer all our questions. It was such a comfort having them there, going through each step with us. I felt like Derrik was always willing to do that little extra and that made a big difference. That level of customer service made things so much less stressful. I would contact Derrik for any roofing needs in the future.

Frankie from FTC roofing was amazing! Frankie noticed we had hail damage at our house and helped us through the entire process. It was an easy, seamless process and we couldn't be happier with our new roof. I would highly suggest FTC Roofing and Frankie for all your roofing needs. I couldn't be more satisfied with the roof replacement. Robert provided with information with he backed up with photographic evidence. He took time to answer all of our questions. He helped us understand the whole process and insured we we well informed. I would highly recommend FTC roofing.
