I highly recommend Abdias "Morro" Pelico Vargas of Elite Roofing Services! Morro came out to repair the roofing around three skylights that another contractor had installed incorrectly, which leaked profusely. His work was literally outstanding — since the repair, we’ve had several months of rainfall with no leaks at all, and I couldn’t be happier. Morro went above and beyond. He kindly allowed me to paint the skylight frames while he had them removed and then reinstalled them for me, saving me a ton of time and effort. He also took the initiative to fix a couple of additional issues I asked about — things that weren’t strictly necessary but made a real difference. Morro’s professionalism, thoroughness, and commitment to doing the job right truly impressed me. I would gladly recommend him and Elite Roofing Services to anyone needing reliable, top-quality roofing work!

Elite was hired to replace the old cedar shake shingle roof for our church in Fort Collins, Christ United Methodist. They were willing to use a new product, Enviroshake, that they had not used before. The oldest part of the roof was 60 years old and the balance, 30 years. It was hot out and they showed up every day, scraped off the old, cleaned up daily and installed a beautiful new roof. It was a big project and we could not be happier. Rowan from Elite did an awesome and thorough job with a repair on our roof. We had a leak during the heavy rains and after a quick and confused ordeal followed by no response from another company over 2 months, our builder contacted Elite. Rowan contacted us within a couple of days, let us know his availability and he not only inspected the problem, explained the problem, he fixed it on the same day! He was professional and went the extra mile because we had no extra shingles and he went back to his company, got the supplies and returned to complete the job. We will always call on Elite in the future for our roofing needs and highly recommend Rowan and Elite.

Our experience with Elite Roofing was fantastic. Bob was patient with me in explaining the process of handling a project through a Homeowner's Insurance claim, which was the first time we had done so. Bob's knowledge of the insurance world and how it relates to the physical construction and contract was very helpful. And his crew was amazing as well. Rowan managed the onsite guys, and I was blown away to see them remove and replace our whole roof in one day! I even got up on the roof the day after they were done, and it looks great. Clean, quality work (and really good clean up after-the-fact, which made a big difference). All-in-all, Elite Roofing made the process of going through our hail damage claim very easy and painless. The entire team at Elite Roofing Services was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire roofing process from start to finish. They worked well with our insurance company and made the paperwork part of things easy. Rowan was our project manager and he was onsite multiple times throughout the day, accessible when we had questions, and made sure at the end of the job we were satisfied with the work. We woke up with an old leaky roof and went to bed that evening with a brand new roof - we can't say enough good things about Rowan and the Elite team!

I was selling a property in Loveland and I live in Arizona. It’s always challenging to hire contractors from out of state. The buyer had some special requirements, there was a blizzard and we were under a very short contract. The team there at Elite Roofing Services handled it all on time and did high quality work! To top it off, I asked Justin to look at the roof on another property there in Fort Collins and instead of trying to sell me a roof or some repairs, he gave me his honest opinion,the roof was fine.
