Jeff is an absolute joy to work with! I was tasked with having a new roof put on my dad’s house before selling it, and had the added challenge of getting the insurance company to cover it due to hail damage. From the very first meeting, Jeff was friendly and also confident that he could make it happen and in our crunched timeline. He was honest with me from the start that it would take some time and perseverance. Jeff knows this business so well and was able to walk me through the entire process, detailing what I needed to do and what his team could take care of. They handled a lot of the communication with our insurance company, thank goodness. No matter how many questions or texts I sent his way I was always met with cheerful, helpful replies. The new roof was put on before closing and the buyer even got to choose the color! Look no further, Jeff is amazing!

First off Jeff is a fantastic human. Second and just as importantly his teams are fantastic humans as well. They took amazing care of our home and our stuff (moved our grill, AND put it BACK! That floored me). Jordan was very communicative and I always felt like I knew where this project was at. Jeff and his team got us superior product at an excellent price and worked directly with our insurance to get the most we could for the roof and other items. Stop researching roofing companies and hire JME. They want to do right and get you and your roof in a great spot.

Excellent job from Jeff and his team getting our new roof installed. Jeff recommended that we be super patient and let him work his magic on our insurance claim. Our roof was clearly hail damaged and our insurance company did not initially approve the claim. Jeff helped us by providing the proper documentation and working through the process with our insurance company. In the end, JM Exteriors did get the whole replacement roof approved which was a huge win for us and our home. Thanks Jeff and the whole team!

These guys went to my mothers house and fixed everything that needed to be fixed to perfection with the upmost professionalism… I could not ask for more from these boys.. Jordan, Alexander, and Trevor were so polite and professional. If you need stuff done these are the men to go to hands down.

On August 1st of 2023 we suffered extensive damage to our home from a severe hail storm. After our first roofer ghosted us our Public Adjuster found Jeff Morris of JM Exteriors for us. Even though he was up around Ft. Collins, he immediately send one of his men to retarp our roof. The storm had instantly destroyed 3 skylights, the ridgeline, and gutters. Our roof jacks around the pipe coming through the roof were damaged also. I was 77 years old and my wife wasn't pleased that I was planning on going on the roof myself. Jeff immediately sent one of his foremen, Alexander, who retarped everything, including or large shed. He also took measurements to check on new skylights. Fast forward 6 months, insurance company is stilling. Skylights are starting to leak as the high winds had destroyed some of the tarps. Back comes Alexander, who finds out from the skylight dealer, they are not special. The skylight dealer, in Denver, throws them in his truck, drives 40 miles up into the mountains and helps Alexander install them. We were out of town at the time. Jeff said we'll settle up when you return. He also send another foremen Trevor to work the roof, when the insurance company in late 2024 finally released some money. They ordered materials, and when they came in and were delivered, we were a couple of days away from a major snow storm. Jeff sent a crew of 13 men, on Sundays, along with Alexander and Trevor and installed everything in ONE DAY. The next day it snowed. There are just a fantastic company. Jordan runs the office, and will return your calls immediately; and Jeff stays constantly in touch. He is honest, trustworthy (Jeff, Alexander, and Trevor) have had access to my house even when we were out of town. If you want a job we'll done, give a call, he will treat you very well.
