I saw a Roof Maxx commercial saying I could extend the life of my roof so I called and set an appointment for them to come out to see if my roof qualifies for the treatment. Joe from Roof Maxx came to do the assessment. He was very informative and knowledgeable of roofs. I'm happy to say their offer was very affordable and I can't wait to rejuvenate my roof. Thanks Joe for giving me a great deal.

Joe had a short day so he came a bit early. a nice surprise. He asked about the building and I was able to give him a little history. Then it was on to Joe showing me a very informative set of illustrations that showed the problems roofs have. Nest he opened another page with the specifics that showed the parts of an asphalt shingle. Then he was up on the roof. In a very short time he came down and we went inside to discuss what he'd found up there. A full set of photographs showed the exact condition of the shingles, the vents, the brick chimney and the gutter. My wife sat in on the discussion and with Joe's expert analysis we decided to accept an offer to treat the roof. Joe also provided a sizeable discount on the cost. After the business part of the chat finished, we traded stories about our lives and it was much like a family get together rather than the tale end of a business meeting.

Joe was thorough, kind and very professional. I do wish I’d asked him more about the chemicals that would be applied to my roof, that was my mistake. I’d like to find out just what’s in the roof protectant, I have a dog and I don’t want her exposed to anything that might be toxic. Thanks Joe!
