We could not be happier with Nate and his crews. Nate helps me to easily pick colors (my most hated task) with pictures and communicates clearly on schedules so we can plan around locking the dogs in and being home when needed. This round of work was a fence standing and exterior house painting with all of repairs that were needed. It all looks great! Next up is front door replacement!

Nate Freeman and his talented crew exceeded our expectations on the build of our new patio cover. We have a very complex patio, roof and pool layout and received numerous quotes and advice on how we should build our patio cover. Before giving us a bid, Nate and his knowledgeable crew leader consulted with us and offered a detailed design and engineering perspective that boosted our confidence to choose Freeman Roofing and Construction. Although they weren’t the cheapest bid, I was confident they were the most professional and would deliver on their promise- needless to say, they exceeded our expectations and built a patio cover even better than we could have imagined. From start to finish, Nate and his team were courteous, extremely clean, and highly communicative with us. Most of all, we appreciated the attention to detail, as they treated our home and satisfaction as if it were their own. Nate was extremely helpful in getting my new roof installed before I closed on my house. He added, at my request, new gutters in a wonderful color that transitions from the onyx roof and the cement colored Hardie siding. He also got my ripped screens and had my fence completely power washed on both sides after having it masterfully restrained. He told what he was going to do, did what he said he would do and reviewed everything with me. He also interfaced with the claim with my insurance company, providing a flawless experience. I especially liked him having a foreman on site during the roofing project. This was someone to talk to and the foreman made sure that they would NOT hit my a/c line with a nail. My previous contractor did not care and did just that, leaving me with an additional $4000 expense. Nate’s foreman made sure this would NOT happen. A wonderful experience.

I have used this company for over 15 years on multiple properties and I have had great service every single time. This company does great work. They are not storm chasers and will not be knocking on doors for business. you have to call them if there is storm damage or if you suspect a storm damage. Once you call, they will come and do an excellent job. You will not be disappointed in their work.

Nate Freeman just installed a cedar board on board for us, fixed my gate latch which was messed up, and put on a new roof replacing our 15 year damaged one. And found that prior roofer left the prior two roofs on. Nate took everything off to the wood. Picky wife was impressed by everything. Nate Freeman is a class act and has taught me stuff to look for. We are definitely hiring him again. We have another fence that needs to be replaced and other issues.

No one wants to spend money on a roof, but somehow nate made it easy. He worked with me on repairs for a 21 year old roof until I could get the entire roof replaced. He was totally fair and honest with his pricing and was done inside a day, no debris left behind and a perfect roof to show off. I'll be back to freeman construction for future house repairs to be sure.
