Excellent service. Easy to get along with. Communication and satisfaction is their motivation. Jon came out and gave me a roof estimate right after we got off the phone. I picked a color and he delivered a sample to ensure I was making the right choice. His crew showed up on time. Explained the installation for the day and ensured I was good for them to start. I got home from work and they were wrapping up. Again they explained and ensured that I was satisfied. Clean up was 100% satisfying - no nails or shingles laying in the yard. I believe Jon even stopped by the next day to verify that the work was done exceptionally. I would recommend The Roofing Guys to anyone looking for quality, communication, and satisfaction.

Our family home suffered hail damage in April and Brady ALWAYS went the extra mile with our insurance company to make sure that we were not taken advantage of. The professionalism, craftsmanship, kindness, and respect shown by the work crews was an absolute blessing. I have already recommended "The Roofing Guys" to multiple friends and family members because of our experience with this company. TRG recently completed a new roof installation at my house, including deck boards, and did a phenomenal job. Couldn't be happier with the results. I was told it would probably be a two day project but they got everything done in one day. Cleanup was very thorough and everything was put back in place. Kudos to Grant for the great communication and explanations he provided. Highly recommend!

We recently had our roof replaced by The Roofing Guys. Such a large project/investment can bring a certain degree of anxiety, but the whole process was painless start to finish! Our sales rep, Grant, was a pleasure to work with: always happy to answer any of our many questions and gave us a lot of great insights and options to consider. Brady and the rest of the installation crew were great to have around the house and we’re very communicative throughout the day of the replacement. They were quick to fix a couple of things that came up during installation. (One of the skylights they replaced came with a cracked frame, and as soon as I pointed that out, they got right to work getting a replacement so as not to interrupt/delay the rest of the job!). Hoping it’ll be a good while before we’re in the market for another roof, but when the day comes, we won’t hesitate to hire them again!

We had roof & gutter hail damage from recent storms & contacted The Roofing Guys for inspection & repair. Their service was top notch! Grant met the insurance adjuster at our home for the inspection & he worked directly with our insurance company making it very easy for us. I was very impressed with how smooth the whole process was! They replaced our whole roof, gutters & downspouts in a very timely fashion & did a great job with clean up afterwards. We are very pleased with the result! Highly recommend The Roofing Guys!

Jonathan Hartsook and his TRG team did an amazing job repairing and replacing our roof, after we had hail damage in April 2024. Due to denied and delayed approvals with our insurance, the team had to do the replacement work in two phases that spanned over 5 months. Jonathan was an expert in working with our insurance adjuster while providing detailed data that convinced the carrier that we needed a complete roof replacement, which they covered 100%, minus our deductible. The installation team was efficient and tidy during both phases of the install and all worked for each phase was completed in a single day. We had a separate issue in the spring of 2025 with a water leak, as we were installing new flooring in our home. We did not know the source of the leak, so we called TRG and they had a team out the SAME day to help verify that the roof was not the issue. We later learned that the siding on the house was the problem and again, TRG came to the rescue and got the necessary work completed within a couple of days, once we had some dry weather!! i would highly recommend the The Roofing Guys for any roof and siding work that you need done when you want to have confidence that the work will be completed on time, on budget and a superior quality job.

Overall experiance was Outstanding. Pleasure to work with, Crew arrived promptly, the roof looks Great, clean up was thorough and care was taken to ensure well being of property and plants. Highly recommend.
