Crosier & Son Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. They helped us select the right color, and the finished result looks fantastic. The crew was professional, efficient, and had the entire project completed in just one day. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend their team for anyone needing quality roofing work! Thank you!!

Since we’ve owned our home, we’ve had Crosier & Son Roofing replace our roof twice. They are our go to company for roofing. Crosier does excellent work at a very fair price. They are the only roofer we trust.

We recently had Crosier & Son re-roof our house after having extensive damage to our 5-year old roof after a hail storm. They were gave us a fair price, tarped our entire driveway to keep tar off of it from the old shingles, and even built wood barriers to keep the old shingles off our pergolas at the back of our house. They helped us choose a shingle color which I really like (rustic black!) and kept us informed about their schedule. Their roofing team consisted of 5 young men who were pleasant and professional in spite of temperatures in the high 90s. We highly recommend Crosier!

Used Crosier 17 years ago and again now after the hail storm. Price is very reasonable and competative but I have mixed thoughts, so lets go into specifics. I can't give 3 stars without specifics, so if interested keep reading. Estimate, quote and meeting with Mr. Clayton was very plesant, including Ms. Julie and Ms. Debbie, and much better compared to competitors I also had come out. Others in the neighborhoud used them and were very happy. The crew was very fiendly and helped remove my solar water heater and gutters. The work they did was excellent but could use more supervision. My take is if everything goes right you will have no issues. However with construction things happen and it's about how they are addressed. (1) Crew shows up with no ladders. I lend them two of mine to get started and then JB brings them one when he brings the dumpster. They were in car accident days before and lost their ladders...but still no matter whose responsibility it is, a crew showed up with no ladders. Their one ladder arrived maybe 1.5 hours after the crew arrived. (2) Crew runs short on shingles, ridge vent and ridge shingles. They promptly went in their own vehicle to get more. It happens but this becomes relevant because when placing a ridge vent and were short, they ended up placing ridge shingles over a ridge gap without any underlayement. I told one of the workers that it is not up to code to have shingles over a gap with no underlayment whatsoever. So when they got more ridge vents they took the ridge vent all the way to the end of the gable...which again is not up to code since there needs to be at least 6" setback. (3) After working Friday and Saturday they run out of some ridge shingles and would have to come back Monday. Monday I get an email from the office with the final invoice and request to pay. Work has not been completed and still pending final inspection. Ms. Debbie told me that final inspection had occured but when I checked with the city and the permit number it wasn't. Was told there was a miscommunication but it's becoming a trend now. (4) Spoke to JB (foreman?) and owner who both came out to the site after item (3) and that I was concerned about damage to 6 pieces of fascia trim and that ridge vent doesn't have 6 inch setback. Foreman brought 2 pieces of fascia trim. Crew member replaced 2 pieces but could not replace the rest as needed 4 more pieces. Then they also addressed the ridge vent issue. (5) Emailed them about ridge vent and owner stated they would "set it back" . In another email I said they either need to finish repairs to the fascia, that they agreed to, or reimburse a set amount so I can have it fixed. They decided to reimburse. I did give them two options and they chose one but initially they did say they were going to fix it. So take this fact as you wish. (6) During roof installation they pulled on the kitchen hood boot and it disconnected the hood vent at a connection within the attic. Never told me about it and only saw it during my own attic inspection. Benefit of the doubt, maybe they didn't know. Check your attic after work. (7) Never had a final walk through with foreman or owner. Remember I had to tell them about the ridge vent; sure it wouldn't pass inspection but with some supervision you think that would have been promptly addressed. JB came to change out the dumpster, bring some other material but didn't catch the fascia damage or the ridge vent issue. Most things listed here only caused delays and would inevitably be fixed - except the fascia. All these items was a bit of a headache for me. I do like they work over 2 days and don't rush through things...although it took 4-5 days until all the work was completed. A neigbour who had a different company do a 1 day job had a few issues. I'd like to state things happen in construction and it's not necessarily anyone's fault. The way they are addressed is of concern though. If you made it this far don;t forget to take pictures before, during and after.

We are very pleased with our new roof and our decision to select this well-run business. The workmen arrived each day before 7:30 AM and wasted no time getting up on the roof to begin and worked steadily until after 5 PM, with only a brief lunch break. They cleaned up the area at the end of the day, and were finished mid-day on day three. The crew leader kept in touch with me. On the final day, their work was inspected by Crosier supervisor, "JB", who took time to answer my questions. During and after this process, questions have been answered promptly by Debbie and Julie of Crosier and Son Roofing.

The last hurricane blew our shingles from the roof and we hired Crosier roofing to put a new roof on for us. Knowing how busy they must be from the hurricane they had a lot of roofs to replace and they still had us booked in three weeks they were here the day they promised their workers are amazing very well mannered and cleaned up their mess every evening before they left. I would 100% recommend this company for anybody that needs a new roof
