Semper Solaris kept the work area neat and cleaned up well upon departure, Roland was my energy consultant and answered all my questions I had and provided great customer service, the whole team was efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend this team as they are positioned to be around a long time for their customers. I see they do windows now and all other home energy products. I'll be sure to contact them when my HVAC goes out.

Our installer, Sebastian and his team were excellent, super communication and instructions with regards to our battery storage and the subpanel and the array that was placed on the roof. Always arrived on time. Great job. They will do our roof next.

We had Tesla battery back-up walls installed with Semper Solaris, and the company and their people were just wonderful. Everything was explained clearly, schedules were adhered to and the customer service support post-installation has been excellent. We recently had an issue with one of the walls, and our rep David Fontaine has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and coming up with the solution. Angie Corsaro was extremely helpful and virtually walked me through every step while also explaining how things work and why. Great customer service experience! I had a second service appointment and Carlo came out to my property to check my equipment. He was on time, very polite and professional, and took care of the issue very thoroughly and explained everything to me along the way. This was a great customer service experience once again.

I had Alberto here to troubleshoot an issue with my AC and to install a soft start kit. Alberto was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He was also extremely thorough and checked every possibility that would cause the issue, and ultimately fixed it. I would definitely recommend Alberto for any issues you have.
