After doing extensive research on manufacturers of various roof shingles & then narrowing it down to three … I determined that Malarkey Class 4 was the best shingle for my home. Had multiple personal visits with their owner, marketing & technical team to determine exactly what was needed. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, safety conscious & most of all efficient & did exactly what they promised without a fuss or issue. They did a great job, finished on time, and kept the site clean & safe during the install process for my new roof. Fantastic group of people who absolutely "did it right"!!! I would definitely recommend this company & hope that anyone looking for roofing, contact them asap !!! They will take great care of you & your roofing needs !!!!!!!

From sales through installation, the TrueWorks team was great to work with. They are patient, knowledgable and passionate about roofing. The quality of materials they sell and the techniques they use to install are best in class. They did a standing seam metal roof on my home in February 2025 where they worked around the snow storm, and they didn't miss a beat. We are elated with the final product, and we are also pleasantly surprised that the metal roof stays very quiet through heavy rain storms. I assume a lot of it has to do with the proper installation of the roofing system. The crew was respectful and kept the property clean, and they did a thorough job with the install. As with any serious construction project, I did have a couple minor/cosmetic concerns -- and the mark of a great company is how they handle it. Jessica, Joel, Laura, Alex, Gabriel and the whole team worked to make everything right. I have and will continue to recommend this team.

I recently had to replace my roof after storm damage, and I’m thrilled with the work done by TrueWorks Roofing. They removed my old roof and installed Malarkey Vista Class 4 shingles, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Although there were a couple of minor issues during the installation, the team caught and resolved them immediately, often before I even noticed. Their responsiveness to my questions was exceptional—whenever I reached out, they were there to help. Jessica Dingle, our salesperson, was absolutely amazing! Her positive energy and thoroughness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Had an awful experience with the roofing company we inherited from previous homeowners when faced with an unexpected ceiling leak. After their deception of not honoring an existing warranty, and even trying to sell unnecessary services, I was very grateful to come across TrueWorks. Each person I spoke with on the phone was kind and professional, and made setting up an appointment to assess the problem very easy. Gabriel arrived promptly and kindly walked me through the scope of the damage and required work. He took pictures to document the before and after. The precise execution of the repairs, cleaning and overall professionalism were all very clear. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and I’m grateful to have an honest and reliable company for all our future home roofing needs.

Laura and her team are amazing. I had a very compressed timeline due to my insurance threatening to drop me, and Laura was able to get everything done with plenty of time to spare. She made the entire process incredibly easy, and was able to calm my anxiety on our very first visit. Angel and the rest of the crew are amazing. Their work was perfect, and they finished in a single day. Pictures were shared throughout the whole process, so there was never any question about how far they were, or what step, or anything. In addition, my yard and driveway were left cleaner than when they arrived. I cannot recommend TrueWorks Roofing enough! They are great people doing great work!

Angel the project lead was professional, curious, and even arrived before scheduled time!!! From the detailed proposal, prepping before start, take off, live photos with progress, the new roof and the clean up….was incredible. You also receive a documented start to finish Even free ice cream for all who came by to see it all happen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. So excited to enjoy my new roof from tonight!!!
