I chose AHRCO because I live nearby, and have noticed their presence in the community for about a quarter-century. I figured anyone around for that long must do good work. Thankfully, I wasn’t wrong! Working with Art was a breeze, and his crew was punctual, as well as efficient. They did a complete tear off and re-roof (including plywood) in 3 1/2 days.I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to my mother !

I met Art of AHRCO as he was one of the 3 bidders to re-roof my home and garage. He wasn't the cheapest but decided to hire him since he handled not only the permitting but also getting approval from the historical architecture folks since I have a 106 year old Bungalow home. Art was responsive and started on the date he promised. He also told me his crew would take 4 days to finish and he was spot on. His team was very mindful of cleaning up at the end of every day. Today’s rain was a great reminder to leave a review for AHRCO Roofing services. We recently bought a home and the roof was in need of a replacement. I shopped around for weeks. After much research and quite a few estimates, AHRCO provided us with the best offer out there. One critical component is that the company was licensed and insured, and provided competitive pricing. In addition to that, my request was that they file all the appropriate permits with the city, and they did so diligently. That was a peace of mind! As for the free estimate, and quote I received, there were no surprises. The job was done as agreed. So, on this rainy day we are happy with our choice! I called AHRCO Builders & Roofing based on the good reviews from this site. When I first met Art, I had a good feeling about him, he was sincere, honest and I felt he could be trusted. Then the crew arrived led by Project Manager Kevin, they were on time every day, professional, respectful and worked from the time they arrived. Every evening when they left, they cleaned up all debris, you didn’t know work was being done unless you looked up towards the roof. This company lived up to every GOOD review I read about them. I am so impressed with my new roof! Even the city inspector that signed off on the job, complemented their work.
