Really professional from the initial free consultation to final inspection. Despite her busy schedule, I always felt Xochitl aka The Roofing Lady was very responsive. She did a walkthrough after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Highly recommend.

Would give 0 star if possible. We’ve had countless problems after they "fixed" our roof and installed new skylights and they never got back to us after we reached out to them about it. A mold inspector did a full home inspection some time ago and told us that our skylights weren’t installed properly which is probably why we had so much condensation and leaking (not just under the skylights but in few places in the roof), but luckily no major mold anywhere. However, last night I found mold under the skylight in my room where I’ve been sleeping after I noticed how much water was on the inside of the skylight which means more fixing to do and health to take care of. Do not hire this company they do not know what they are doing and won’t even follow up after they've done a terrible job. It’s not worth taking the risk of mold exposure and whatever other problems you encounter from bad roofing.

Schedule with this company at your own risk. I scheduled THREE SEPARATE APPOINTMENTS with Xochitl (the owner) and THREE SEPARATE TIMES they didn't show up. Maybe I'm the crazy one for rescheduling with a business that didn't show up to the first two clearly scheduled appointments, but I tried to give them another chance and was repaid with more of my time wasted. This wasn't a miscommunication - it was scheduled over text and is all in writing. This is simply bad business and unprofessional. Don't be shocked if you wait and wait and wait and nobody shows up - apparently that's how they operate.

Very good work. Installed two solar attic fans and repaired a skylight. Always returned calls! Always came when they said they would come. Good pricing and careful work. Could not get other companies to respond.

We are very pleased about the repairs done to our roof. The quality of work was excellent and done very efficiently. The pricing was competitive. Highly recommended.

They never called back with the estimate. Couldn't leave message as mailbox was full. Just wrote them off. I guess they don't want my business
