Johnson Roofing

I am a current renter not property owner, However, the leasing agency took photos and the owners seem to be pleased with the quality of work, via photos. My review is for the owner and crew. One week before scheduled roof replacement the owner came to take pictures, introduced himself and gave me his business card. His crew arrived at 7am, as scheduled, and got to work. They came in like an organized freight train. A good sized crew who worked very hard all day long until 6:30pm. They completed the job in one day! They brought tarps for the yard, a dumpster and extra crew for constant clean up! I offered water and bathrooms, which they all declined. The foreman was respectful and helpful when we needed to walk our dog outside(all entrance/exits were blocked by equipment). After a long hard work day the crew were still smiling and accepted my thanks for being so efficient and respectful of the property! They did a fantastic job of cleaning, one would never know they had even been here. Well done Johnson Roofing, I haven’t found one single nail, which is very important since we have a dog!! I can most definitely recommend this company for future home repair needs.

Our shingled roof required replacement because of hail damage. Johnson roofing coordinated necessary work with our insurance quickly and clearly explained the work to be done. The crew was competent, efficient and careful. No mess and no annoyance. A comfortable and seamless project from start to finish. Our metal roofed shed required only repair when a new roof was insurance estimated. So pleasant to deal with honest common sense folks.

My wife and I used Johnson Roofing to repair our roof, back screen door, front porch light, damaged chimney and gutters. Also some window repair. Johnson Roofing went above and beyond to get everything fixed and repaired. Mr. Jon Culver made sure to take care of my wife and I and when he said something was going to get done, the task was done in a timely manner. I appreciate all the work Johnson Roofing did for us!

I purchased a fixer upper house and knew I needed a new roof, soffit and facia prior to proceeding with any other remodeling. I had four roofers come out to the house and give me bids and their opinions on what it would take to repair the roof add soffit and facia. The first bid was for a metal roof but he was unable to do soffit and facia. Since he was doing metal he would not include any repairs to the damaged wood. The second, third and fourth bidders were all similar in price and repairs with the low bid being over $15,000.00. Then through Devine intervention, Chaney met with me from Johnson Roofing, he and his foreman spent the most time conducting the inspection, was the most informative and provided the best materials including the higher grade shingle. He then went ahead and placed a temporary cover to prevent anymore water damage in case it rained prior to installation. The crew came out and put in the new soffit and facia. They did a great job and cleaned up their area and were very conscientious about safety and their surroundings. The day that the crew came to roof, they removed the old roofing, repaired the broken and rotted wood and shingled it all in one day. Again, they were fast, professional and clean. Also, the entire job was thousands of dollars less than any of the previous bids. Chaney called and kept me informed every step of the process and I have zero complaints!! This business is the way a business should be ran and the customer service is top drawer!! 100% recommendations!!!!

Johnson Roofing did a great job for us! They roofed our home & a storage building in the back yard. Chancey was so helpful & informative when he came out to meet our insurance adjuster to assess the damage. They all returned calls quickly & answered all questions thoroughly. The office staff is friendly & professional. The roofing crew worked so hard & were very efficient. The entire job from beginning to the end was great! I highly recommend Johnson Roofing Company!

Johnson roofing exceeded every expectation I had. Quality, clean up, crew professionalism and expediency were all over the top. Customer service before AND after was exceptional.
