I couldn’t be more pleased with the excellent work Edge Roofing provided when replacing our roof! They were extremely professional, prompt, and detail-oriented from start to finish. This was a big job — they removed our old beat up metal roof and replaced it with Class 3 impact-resistant shingles — and they completed it all in just one day! The cleanup was outstanding; they even went around our yard with a magnet to pick up every last nail. It’s rare to find a roofing company that delivers this level of quality and customer care. So I believe in honesty, and a thorough review is necessary so bear with me with a long review. Like mostly everybody in Lubbock I was affected by the hail storm in June 2025. I previously had my roof replaced in September 2019 but had an absolutely awful experience with a local company. The work was horrendous and my roof leaked and constantly had issues over the past six years, so needless to say I was extremely apprehensive going forward trying to find another local roofing company who could help me with the new roof. I called around to a couple places and kind of got the runaround and you could definitely tell most didn’t seem to care too much if they got you as a customer due to the amount of damage that occurred. So I came across Edge roofing, and I decided to give them a shot and call. After providing my information to the lady who answered my call, I received a follow up about 15 minutes or from Jesse. I explained my concerns to him and what I was looking for and he seemed reassuring that none of the previous issues that I had would happen and he seemed willing to help. We establish the time to meet and a couple days later, he came out to my residence and took thorough pictures of the residence to assist with any supplemental claims with my insurance. After submitting everything and thoroughly speaking with my wife and Jesse, we decided to give Edge roofing a shot and install our roof. To some everything up, I will say we were extremely satisfied with the roof installation. Everything went extremely smooth. Cleanup was great and the roof looks absolutely fabulous. I do have to commend Jesse as well. As far as the communication I know sometimes I was probably a difficult customer due to my previous experience, but he was willing to help out and address the concerns in need. During the install, I saw Jesse on scene about once every two hours or so making sure everything was going smooth and the crew that came out did a fantastic job. I commend them as well for working hard during the summer heat. I will say any future installs or roofing needs that we have, We do recommend edge roofing as the experience was a 10 out of 10.

I would highly recommend Edge Roofing! My mother’s roof was damaged in a hail storm. Dylan helped her so much! The insurance company only wanted to do a patch job, but because of Dylan’s experience and expertise he was able to get the insurance company to reconsider, and they paid for a full replacement. Not only was the job done with the utmost professionalism, but Dylan treated my mother, who is elderly, with such kindness and respect. He also was great with communicating with me during the entire process! Thank you Dylan and Edge Roofing!

Great customer service I called and got a response the same day.. Dylan came out and give me an estimate and my roof was repaired the very next day! Could not have asked for better service- was handled the very quickly and honestly and at an affordable price! The wind had blown some shingles from my roof they came out replaced the shingles and sealed any places that needed sealed. Thank you so much such a relief and was stress free

Edge roofing was the biggest joke, the project managing Dylan was the biggest flake. They did crappy work and spilled lies and lies and never followed through. Money hungry company who doesn’t have customer service standards as a priority at all. The first couple weeks of dealing with them I literally thought we were being punked and that they were not a legit business. That’s how bad the communication was. Craig, the own let got involved, he apologized seem to mean well, set up a meeting with me and my husband to walk around our home and make a plan to get all the work fixed that the project manager has said they would do but never followed through. Craig straight up no showed our meeting. Ghosted us. No email, no call, no text, just straight up didn’t ever hear from him. Would never recommend this company to anyone! Be aware all they want is your money, they will tell you lies and not follow through. You’ve been warned!

This has to be the fastest roof installation that I’ve ever seen! We have a 3,200 square-foot home, so you can imagine that it has a big roof…and there crew was done in a day and a half! They helped me pick a shingle that matched my brick perfectly and the roof looks wonderful! Either Shea or Craig…when I sent a question to them…would answer me right away, and I appreciated that! I would definitely recommend them to others looking to get a new roof!
