Cory and his staff was so quick to come give us an estimate. He was knowledgeable and honest. He shared all my needs and options with out being pushy or talking over my head. I really am glad we chose his locally owned company. I like being able to talk face-to-face, today tomorrow, and 10 years from now. Its nice to have that safty net of being nationally backed

The representative I worked with was excellent (professional, responsive, and reassuring), but the quality of work performed by his team was horrible. I had my patio cover replaced and gutters added, but there were issues with leaks with the patio cover and gutters. Everything they did required revisits to fix issues. They just couldn't get it right the first, second, or third time. I do not recommend them for patio covers or gutter service.

From the very first day that the salesman stopped by to look at our damaged roof until the completion of the installation was seamless. I dealt with the same salesman all of the way and am thrilled with the stellar job that was done. I would highly recommend using StormGuard for your roofing needs.

What was something that seemed torturous like a root canal turned out to be a pretty pain free task. Robert came out the next day and gave an estimate that was completely fair and beat the competition. He really became a real personal connection through this. All questions answered, problems avoided, and precautions taken. He just gets it. Storm Guard is so lucky to have Robert lead the roofing charge in a town of volatile weather like Lubbock. Any concerns were handled personally by Robert and he was always available. Good guy and a good company. If you have to take the plunge in replacing your roof, make sure these guys get a crack at it.
