I live in Carmel Valley and in April 2023 I used Ross Roofing to install new roofs, new gutters, sun tunnel skylights, and rooftop solar panels for both my main home and guest cottage. I obtained multiple competitive bids before selecting Ross. I chose Ross because I was so impressed with Rogelio who came to my home to prepare my estimate. He demonstrated such honesty and sincerity while he spoke so highly of the Ross company, its owners, and employees that I was convinced Ross was a company with integrity that I would be grateful I chose. And I was not disappointed with my decision to choose Ross. Throughout the process every single Ross employee with whom I interacted (Rogelio, office manager, office admin, Accounts Receivable, roof installers, solar panel installers, sun tunnel installer, gutter installers, electricians for solar connections, etc.) demonstrated a consistently high regard for customer care, delivered high quality workmanship, and provided superior customer satisfaction. They are definitely a company that goes the extra mile to insure their customers are happy.

We had Ross Roofing do two different projects for us and we should have just started with them for both. Our roof needed repair and it was in a sad state. Based on the convenience of them actually calling us back and being willing to come out and give an estimate, we went with them. We had already planned on doing solar and had selected another company. Initially they had offered some guidance to that company about how the roof was constructed that would make it work better. That company assured us they knew what they were doing. They didn't. Turns out that the promise of their solar system fell through and we were stranded. Ross Solar then jumped in and got us rolling. It was not a smooth ride to get it installed, but that was mainly due to the weather and their resources being stretched thin. We've had some challenges with the system and Ross Roofing has always been right there. They answer their phone, they explain the challenges, and most importantly - they own the solution. I would highly recommend their service. If we have additional work in the future, they are getting our business.

Ross Roofing was recommended to me, and now I recommend them to others. Our new roof looks great and any questions we had, Rogelio from the team was fantastic - super helpful and responsive.

Never hire this company for a new roof! Within a year we had rain leaking in winter and sweating during warmer months. Now we are having to do a replacement. They didnt do any venting. The plywood is fabricated wood not plywood and when installed did not meet the crown and boards were not attached correctly. We have leaking and mold and ants. When we called them about the leaking they refused to do anything about it.
