Eric at All Well, and his incredibly skilled and tenacious workers, truly exemplify performance, integrity, and just all-around superior customer service that is all but extinct these days. I speak from firsthand knowledge on this this, as Eric has completed two separate projects for me now: a few years ago, he and his team installed a new roof on both my house and adjacent shop and, just recently, his team constructed a deck in my back yard in the space formed at the junction of the rear wall of my house and the perpendicular porch. The roofing job was complicated by pre-existing layers of old shingles that had to be removed. The crew handled this task without any difficulties whatsoever. Another demonstration of the superior performance of Eric's team was the repair of water-caused structural damage surrounding the chimney at the rear central quadrant of the house. This damage was repaired with such skill and expertise that I'd truly consider that section of the roof actually better than new upon completion of the repair work. I was particularly impressed with the outstanding quality of the sheet metal (flashing) work that was done at the base of the chimney where it interfaces with the roof performed by Eric's expert sheet metal technician. I'm in the aerospace safety industry and I'm very familiar with the exacting requirements of quality sheet metal fabrication, and even more importantly, the disastrous outcomes that can occur from poor design, fabrication, or repair. Prior to Eric's efforts, this very condition of degraded and improper sealing at the metal and chimney interface allowed water to trickle down into the interior of the porch. Since All Well's efforts, I have not observed a single drop of water travel down the chimney structure and intrude into the interior area of the back porch. Eric even personally traveled up to my house, on at least on two occasions, to ensure that any and all roofing detritus (both metallic and other substances) was accounted for and removed from the ground to eliminate hazards to personnel and typical residential yard maintenance equipment. Overall, the entire experience of dealing with Eric and his crew was outstanding, with performance that substantially exceeded our expectations. Exemplary performance is never expensive and Eric and his team truly validated that concept. The most recent project completed by Eric and his team was the installation of a relatively small deck adjoining the rear of the house. His team completed this project in under one day and were outstanding in their performance. The deck is truly a wooden masterpiece and I'm absolutely certain that it will provide many years of enjoyment throughout all seasons. The attached image clearly illustrates the outstanding quality of the work. Again, another superior example of Eric's commitment to high performance, commercial integrity, and superior customer satisfaction. I would recommend Eric to any potential client for any type of roof repair/fabrication or specialized home construction WITHOUT HESITATION. Erik is the man! Very professional, honest, and hardworking. He and his crew did a complete tear off and roof replacement on our mid-century East Memphis home in one day! I don't know if all homes will go that fast, but they did everything to protect the property (shrubs and planters) and worked very methodically to replace all rotten wood, install the drip edge and ice shield, and, of course, the shingles. He even triple swept the property for nails afterwards. From start (estimate) to finish (final inspection), I had zero issues and now have the utmost confidence that our roof will be leak free for many years to come. We went with the Atlas shingle system in order to get the 15-year warranty.

Rarely have I witnessed the kind of teamwork in a home renovation like that I saw with All Well Roofing replacing our roof *in 12 hours.* From prep to (pristine) cleanup, the crew executed a big job with attention to detail and the kind of efficiency you see in a championship basketball or soccer team. The owner (Erik Alwill) is a great communicator, educating and informing us throughout the process, especially when it comes to cost details. A new roof is an expensive endeavor, and can bring its share of anxiety. I feel like we managed the expense, got our money's worth (perhaps more), and with very little stress. Highly recommend.
