Southern Roofing and Renovations did a great job getting my roof paid for and replaced after storm and hail damage occurred. The new roof looks great and Brent Jackson did a great job staying in contact with me throughout the process. Shoutout to the inspectors Corey Robinson and Aaron Owens on their job working with my insurance company to make sure everything went accordingly.

My insurance agent was singing your praises! She was so impressed with the thorough proposal you presented! She said no one else has gone to the trouble to send both pictures of the sample repair, much less a video! She was truly impressed with your professionalism and knowledge. I told her how blessed I felt that Southern Roofing was recommended and I, too, have been impressed with both Joseph Foster and Hayden Wyatt. They truly showed care for customer satisfaction! Great communication as well. Kudos to both Joseph and Hayden! They are a definite asset to Southern Roofing. I would highly recommend Southern Roofing!

SR&R was fantastic to work with to get a new roof. We had weather damage from storms. Chase and Brent made this installation worry free and seamless. From walking me through the claim process to getting the roof on was easy. They exceeded the timeline originally quoted. The price was right on target with other quotes received. Brent and his team were very knowledgeable and provided before and after pictures. Installation in one day, all materials cleaned, and follow up done within days. Hopefully I will not need them again but if I do I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thanks for all the help.

Aaron, Brandon, and their team went above and beyond. They walked me through every step in dealing with the insurance company through fruition of the project. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and with quality materials. I was blown away by the customer service shown by every employee I spoke with. Our experience with SR&R was superior from start to finish. Brandon & Noé went above and beyond to ensure the best service. We knew our roof needed replacing and was avoiding the prospect of it. But when SR&R approached us about it and helping us navigate the insurance claims process, we figured why not try. Within a month of contacting SR&R we have a new roof and it looks fantastic! Let me start by saying the work itself is not that bad but you can get equal work elsewhere. I am still finding nails almost half a year later around the yard, but i will take the fault on that. You should always double check any contractors work, literally any of them. So at the very minimal get an inspection from someone else that includes all you previous customers. They may seem nice to you but there is shady stuff behind the scenes. I am sure its just a higher up thing. Just rather not deal with a company like that, yes it happens everywhere but just wanted to let it be known. If you use them, keep track of all money with insurance and let insurance clarify the breakdown, just don't go by the contractors word. There are cases where you are owed money by insurance depending on your dwelling coverage situation, pay attention to this. Contractors will never tell you and pocket as much as possible whether its a little or a lot of money. Attached pictures recently still finding nails and finding out they nailed stuff that should have been screwed in. I guarantee all previous work they have done looks like this. Its just most homeowners don't care or don't know.
