Roofing USA

Have not used this company yet. John showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the attic area and discovered existing leaks, but due to weather conditions (raining) could not do the roof inspection. He is a very professional gentleman and left an excellent impression on us. We’ve made a new appointment when he’ll come and do the roof inspection and provide us a proposal to install new roof. If we end up using this company, I’ll be able to provide a more comprehensive feedback. Update: They have finished the job now and we’re very happy with their professionalism, quality of work and service orientation. Highly recommend them.

This company was pretty good initially to get the business. The installation went fairly smoothly though the crew needed some prodding to take care of details they should have caught themselves. However a year later I've got water stains on the ceiling and they refuse to call you back or just don't answer the phone at all. They went on about how great their warranty was before the sale, but it's crap if they won't return your phone calls.

I asked my neighbor why he was getting a new roof, since our houses were built around the same time (12 years ago). He said he had hail damage from a storm that recently came through. He gave me Cooper's card with Roofing USA. Cooper answered the phone when I called and was at my house with a drone later that afternoon. He and Tim went up on the roof and took pictures of what was obviously hail damage. Cooper and Tim helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance and took care of everything from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance company to get the claim approved (it wasn't easy!) and communicated with me throughout the entire process start to finish. Cooper, Tim and the entire Roofing USA team were a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with my new roof! If you live in Mt. Pleasant, have them come out and check to see if you too had hail damage from a storm that came through the summer of 2021. There is no charge for the inspection and you might end up with a brand roof for just your deductible.

I cannot say enough good things about Roofing USA! Every single person I interacted with (on the phone and in person) was extremely helpful and kind! The whole process was very efficient. The day of the install, I got a text with a link so I could see exactly when the crew would arrive at my house. Throughout the process I received updates via text so I knew exactly what was going on! I highly recommend calling Roofing USA for all of your roofing needs!

Roofing USA is an amazing company. Extremely satisfied with the communication through the entire process. They exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t think twice in recommending them. Their staff is very professional and they were always checking in to see if the installing was going as planned.

Excellent work and communication. Professional. Update you with all work . Very nice on time ,clean up after , kept informed with documentation and photos entire time let's you know arrival times and schedule no surprises . We love the results
