The daily communication was outstanding and included photo updates which were accessible on the customer portal. They also provided daily updates on progress and plan for the following day of work. It was very reassuring having this level of close communication and follow-up that things were getting done properly. They even had reps from the shingle (Brava) and metal company (SentriGuard) do a site visit to answer questions and check out the progress. The install workmanship was great and special care was taken to ensure we were happy with everything. Thanks again for a job well done!
