Charleston Roofs + Windows

Thought I left a review a few months back but apparently didn't. Kept me informed throughout the whole process,which I really appreciated, and worked with me on the timing. Honest work, friendly and timely employees. Very thoughtful with trying to prevent nails/etc falling everywhere and didn't leave any mess. Highly recommend. Edited to add.. There are a lot of repair companies and getting such drastic repairs/complete roof installation/etc can be a scary thing as you want a company that will be honest and will do a good job. Nobody wants to be the person that trusted the wrong company and ended up having to hire a new company to fix the problem later. I received 5 quotes from various companies. This company wasn't the most expensive or least expensive. Nonetheless, I went with them for several reasons, and was very impressed.

We had our entire roof replaced by Charleston Roofs + Windows in 2020. They were easy to work with and communicative. This fall (about 5 years later), we discovered a small leak. Although we were outside of our warranty window, they recognized a problem with the original installation of the flashing. They stood by their work and quickly remediated it for free. Eric Chestnutt was great to work with in 2020 and again in 2025. I REALLY appreciate a company that stands by their workmanship.

After finding a leak in my roof, I contacted multiple roofing companies. Chas Roof and Windows was the first to respond. They came out the next morning, inspected my roof, placed a tarp to prevent further damage and made arrangements to repair it. My project was completed within 4 days from my initial phone call. Exceptional customer service and communication. Highly recommend!

We had a small leak in our roof, Charleston Roofs and Windows was 1 of the 2 companies that responded to us, all others only wanted to do a complete reroofing project. Of the 2 companies that responded Chas Roofs was the only one to be proactive with their communications and their pricing was very competitive. We would highly recommend!

I had 14 windows replaced on my three bedroom ranch home in May of this year. The new windows replaced the originals to the house built in 1965. The insulated double glass with sun protection is such an improvement, both energy wise and sound reduction from outside. I'm completely satisfied with the product and the service I received from Charleston Roofs and Windows. The crew was very well organized, efficient, and did a thorough job with trim pieces cut properly and caulked. All the windows open and shut smoothly. They were completely done in about three hours and cleaned up everything. The business office ladies were responsive to my questions and communication was good throughout. I definitely recommend Charleston Roofs and Windows to anyone who is shopping for window replacement.
