Southern National Roofing

The people did exactly job removing old shingles & other materials that would need replaced. The roof was done in a professional way & our new roof is beautiful. We had are 3 skylights replaced & the new ones are fantastic with blinds & a remote to use. The cleanup was very thorough & all old materials were hauled away. If needing a new roof we highly recommend Southern National

They knocked on my door so I talked to them. I told them my mother has Alzheimer’s and dementia. No one was coming in my house. They said ok no problem. They called the next day to confirm the appointment. After the confirmation call I told them I did not need their services. I told them their desk was as good as my kitchen table my mother is a screamer with strangers. There are no options available for a customer if they can not sit at your kitchen table to do the estimate. There was blatant disregard for the fact that a stranger in the house would scare my mother. They will not do the job if they can not come into your home. The house I needed done was not even the house I lived in. The mental health of an elderly Alzheimer’s patient did not matter to them so I told them I did not need their services.

My experience with Saul and the team from Southern National was just great. The team arrived early Monday morning and worked very deliberately and conscientiously throughout the day. The forces were with us, " it did NOT rain." The team removed the old shingles, replaced some boarding, placed GAF covering over the area, and placed new shingles over the roof in record time. The bottom line is, from my view point, they did a good job.

Jaden Ussery is a representative with Southern National Roofing I am reviewing. I have multiple signs on my property that state no soliciting(one at mailbox, another at the front of my driveway and last but not least on my door) and he blatantly disregarded all three signs. He banged on my door multiple times and ran doorbell. My wife works night shift and his loud knocks woke her up. Thank you Southern National for ruining a great day with your blatant disregard to our privacy. If you are looking for a recommendation for a roofer I suggest Jason McDonald at Ketchum roofing.

A guy shows up at my house. I did not answer the door bec I don’t open my door to people that I don’t know. Later I see a tag on my door knob from Southern National Roofing stating that they "noticed a problem with my roof". The guy Jacob R. Says that my roof has "buckle/curling shingle, deformed edges, granule loss, staining/algae/moss, sagging, ridge vent damage, and other signs of leaks ". These people are dammed liars. My husband regularly check our roof and all around our property for that matter. My husband was just on the roof yesterday blowing the pine needles off and inspecting it. I have to classify this company as SCAMMERS!!!

Adam came when we called for an estimate for a new roof. He was very professional and thorough. We agreed on a fair price and the work was done soon after. The men were all punctual, pleasant and professional and did a great job. They even have a metal detector to run over the yard to make sure that we wouldn’t have nails left in our lawn! I would recommend this group if you have roof problems like we did.

I found an unsolicited "roof inspection" left on my property listing supposed problems with my brand new roof. This fear-mongering approach is unacceptable and unprofessional. You do not have permission to step onto my property—do not do so again under any circumstances.
