Great experience with Vertical Solutions Roofing I recently worked with Vertical Roofing and Solutions for my roof replacement and the process went really smoothly. Noah, the project manager, was easy to work with—he kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure everything was on track. On the day of the build, Kyle did a great job supervising. He and the crew were efficient, respectful of my property, and made sure things were cleaned up when the work was done. Roof was severely damaged. These guys are the best! Within 1 month , from filing a claim to completion,was super fast! These guys put my roof on in less than a day. Will continue to recommend.

I didn't get the sales mans name, tall, long curly dark hair. Thinks he's smooth with words and misleading statements, lead to false statements. Has approached our house talking about "fixing" our problems, and even tried to open a insurance claim under our policy without our knowledge. Very shameful business tatics..not to mention both entrance to our home states "No Soliciting"..I would like to think I should contact the Better Business Bureau. Also I'll file a no trespassing complaint on this business. Please sir I have you on all my home security everytime you approach I will contact the local authorities

This being the first time I have ever replaced a roof and Vertical answered all my questions and concerns. No high pressure, which I had from other salespeople. They kept me up to date on what was happening and what to expect. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and understanding. Great company.
