Erik great customer service, Ameripro excellent company to work with highly recommend. The roofers did an amazing job, couldn’t ask for a better customer service. They stayed late to clean up and very fast at their job.

Had a sales rep named Christian knock on my door and sign me up with him to help me on my claim. He told me Ameripro would me get approved. Christian kept great communication with me but unfortunately it didn’t seem Ameripro was even trying to help. Christian was the only one communicating with the insurance, we would always get on a 3 way call. I was told Ameripro has a great insurance team but I guess I just never saw it. Christian was no longer with Ameripro but he continued to help me throughout the process. Just a. Couple weeks ago I was finally told the insurance was fully covering my siding thank to Christian and the crew he hired did a great job! It is unbelievable that a multi million dollar company couldn’t do what a 20 year old did. Ameripro did nothing but waste my time saying "we’re working on getting you approved. Any time I would ask the insurance where we were in the process they would always say they haven’t heard from Ameripro. Very unprofessional! Tell me you can’t help or don’t waste my time!

BIG scamming tactics. Their sales team is trained to lie and use deceiving tactics to push hard home owners to sign contracts with them. I made the big mistake of signing a contract with them, it was a PAIN to deal with them after realizing what I had done. Look at their BBB reviews, I'm not sure how they are allowed to continue to operate. EDIT: Life is funny, life long friend that lives in Lincoln got sucked into signing a contract with AmeriPro. And guess this, reps name? Erik Razo. I'd post a picture of the contract but it has sensitive information. Look at this review, HIGHLY doubt he himself hired the company he sells for so this means they manipulate Google reviews by having their employees leave reviews to boost the positive ones, as they can't get honest ones. I wonder how many more fake reviews they got in here, it's impossible that's the only one. If you needed another proof to know the type of business they are, here it is.

**scam alert** beware this company i have family members who have had to deal with this company. The biggest things i have seen are 1. straight out lying - the team will promise everything to get you to sign up but then find out later they don't do most of the work. 2. Communication and professionalism - the rep michael montoya after getting paid refuses to answer the phone and will only communicate directly with insurance attempting to add additional charges for things not even approved confusing insurance telling the customer one thing and hiding and telling insurance something else, also uses shady tactics to get more coverage for uncovered things that honestly lean more towards insurance fraud which I am uncomfortable with. In addition the rep and other folks that work in the field with him managed to order a large number of un needed equipment on 2-3 pallets for parts that arent need for the house anyways and everyone that came out should have seen anyways since they wrote the estimate and looked on the roof and could see there is no chimney or humidity/temperature sensor system but still charged for it. They never made repairs to parts of the house that was damaged from work and proceeded to close out the project and ignore calls some more either this rep and company are scamming or the team is really just this incompetent . Gave a quote for replacing multiple roofs but only finished one still no answers. The documentation is near non existant, scope of work says basically nothing, the quotes and bills are not itemized to identify charges this is very different compared to more reputable companies who are open about things and actually answer questions.

This is an outstanding company. The representative ( Amecco Watkins) was so helpful with filing my claim and extremely knowledgeable regarding every step that I needed to take. I am so grateful for his assistance. I am also glad Julie explained the final steps that would be taken and she would answer any questions or concerns to ensure I was happy with the company's services. The Roof was completed in two days quicker than i expected. Thank you for making us feel like the priority.

Bought a house that JUST had their vinyl siding done by AmeriPro Roofing. One day after it was windy (not even a storm, just a bit of wind) a piece of siding started to come off. When I called, I was told that warranties weren't transferrable from one owner to another. While I understand that policy, it speaks volumes about the workmenship of AmeriPro that their approximately 5-6 month old siding would fall off on a windy day in Nebraska, and that they don't believe in their workmanship enough to come make it right.

Wonderful experience during a stressful week. Sam was quick and thorough, and she made the whole thing feel hassle-free. Will reccomend.
