Rescue Roofer was fantastic from start to finish. They made the entire process easy. Jhonny Castillo was a pleasure to work with and made sure all of our needs were met. He kept in constant contact with us and made sure we were well informed throughout the entire process. My only complaint is with the finance department. Mr. Bones was difficult to work with. If you need financing, I would look somewhere else.

I'm a Real estate Broker who sold one of my listings. The buyer's subsequent physical inspection indicated some damaged tile and also PVC pipes for an old obsolete solar system that needed to be removed. Rescue Roofer gave us the best price of all the roofing companies I called, got the work done quickly, and the new buyers were very happy with the repairs. I will use them whenever I sell a future property that needs roof repairs.

We've done two separate roof repairs with Rescue Roofer. The first was a nearly whole roof paper replacement on a 30-year-old roof. The gentleman who did the inspection spent his whole career in roofing....he knew his trade. He walked my wife and I through every detail and took dozens of pictures. Once the job was quoted, Rescue Roofer then set up a video conference with their estimator and the inspector. They presented 4 or 5 alternatives....all viable. Then the foreman on the job did a pre-construction meeting at our home to arrange scheduling and other details. This was surprisingly helpful....something we would not have asked for on our own. The roofing crew arrived on time every day. They cleaned the yard each day. Most importantly, the foreman was in constant communication with us so that we were always up-to-date on the timing and other issues. Replacing a roof is not a fun or inexpensive experience, but Rescue Roofer was terrific. Professional, communicative, fair pricing (we checked), integrity, follow-through....high compliments for this company. By the way, 6 months later we needed the same work completed for one of two roof sections underneath our solar panels. That second project was equally smooth. We highly recommend Rescue Roofer.

I am very pleased with my roof replacement done by Rescue Roofing! Special thanks the crew assigned to my project: John, Jose, Jaime, Ives, and Jaime Jr. –all were friendly, helpful and professional. They spent extra time with me to answer all my questions and helped me in selecting the best materials (DaVinci synthetic slate) to replace my 15 year old slate roof. The new roof looks beautiful and is waterproof – the crew did full water test at completion. Scheduling was prompt, and communication at every stage was courteous and efficient. Staff cleaned up each day and at completion. Definitely recommend Rescue Roofers! Great service and reasonable price.

Mark assure me that Carlos was going to be the person that inspect my roof. I met him an talk about the situation I have for my roof. He went on top of the roof about 30 mins an checked out everything. So, I've waited an finally he came down. Show me all the pictures an explained to be in detail what happened. Carlo's is very thorough and detailed and was honest about my roof.

Excellent people who know what they are doing. We had several other estimates and analysis of what was causing our problems and what needed to be done. Only the Rescue Roofing team came up with a logistical solution after have 3 different of their knowledgeable people come out sequentially. They explained everything, gave a fair bid and followed through with the work in a timely manner. Our project manager, Dan, was fantastic We trusted them and Dan implicitly.
