Poor Workmanship and Misleading Warranty! Our roof was replaced in 2021, and we had to call this company back twice for leaks shortly after. We were told the work had a lifetime warranty, but now only four years later we have bats/birds/bees entering our attic through roof gaps, and they’re claiming the warranty "expired in 2023." Yes, we have the document with that date, but we were told verbally that we had a lifetime warranty after they came out twice. That’s completely misleading and unacceptable. Poor follow through and inconsistent information. Homeowners, be cautious and get every promise in writing! My husband is a hardworking veteran, and we’ve taken pride in our home, but this experience has left us frustrated, disappointed, and facing extra costs during unstable financial times! Make sure you read the lowest reviews first, before hiring them! The crew did a sloppy job, and I’m sure they are aware of this fact! Photos coming soon!m I did not acknowledge anything! I highly recommend them. I dealt with Billy. He was very good to work with and their crews did an awesome job on both of my roofs and gutters. I had 2 roofers come out in 2024 after the April storms (tabs blown off my house) and I was told insurance wouldn't help. American Contracting was going door to door in June this year (2025); inspected my roofs and said "Oh yeah, you need work", which I knew. Billy walked me through everything, helped me file the claim, and got the job done. I am super pleased. They even went above and beyond and replaced my fascia boards and added a box vent on the house at a reasonable price.

I am very pleased to have done business with American Contracting Direct. Initially I was going to repairs on my roof done by another company but it felt like I was placed on the side. By chance I met Austin W. and he offered a inspection and said they would be happy to help to get this taken care of quicker and more efficiently. It was the best decision I made hands down. Best customer service, fast and seamless. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use this company.

Yemeda Grayson... let me tell you about this guy. Polite, professional, thorough, courteous, and went above and beyond. I had a very unusual case, but he made all the calls. He kept me in the loop and made it a very easy process. I highly recommend this gentleman to help them through this process. Can't praise him enough! Love my new roof!
