Best Choice Roofing

I actually told this company literally don't replace my roof. I told them I would be a horrible customer because I had previous experience in the construction industry and had knowledge of roofing and that it would be in their best interest not to bid on my roof or do the work. They insisted they would do a great job and they did. I live in an older home and all of the shingles had to be removed along with a 70-year-old layer of wood shingles. The roof then had to be properly decked before the new roof could even be put on. My roof has a terribly difficult pitch along with angles and of course since the house is 80 years old nothing is straight. They did an excellent job! The communication was perfect, the crew that did the work was fast and efficient, and the cleanup was shockingly great. I think I might have found two nails and a couple of pieces of debris. How in the world they got this so clean is beyond me. They didn't tear up any of my trees, bushes, plants or yard I mean honestly I didn't have anything to complain about and I really wanted to. If they can do my roof as their customer, they should surely be able to get your roof done without any issues. Plus they really went to bat and hammered my insurance company to get us as much money as possible!

People were friendly and easy to work with. Workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves, like they hadn't even been there. Very satisfied with Best Choice Roofing and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank You!

Our local representative was very friendly and responsive, and the onsite supervisor who oversaw the work was also very pleasant to work with. The crew that completed the roof was efficient, friendly, and did a good job cleaning up afterward. The issue came from the main office. There was no communication about when the work would actually be done. Thankfully, the onsite supervisor personally came over to let me know they’d be coming after finishing another job, which gave us at least some notice. We also noticed an item that wasn’t completed correctly. While we reported it right away, it took weeks for the correction to be made because the main office didn’t place the order until the last minute. The crew later told me they had been working in town and could have addressed it much sooner if they’d known about it. If I were rating only based on my interactions with our representative and the onsite supervisor, I would give 4–5 stars. However, due to the lack of communication and delays caused by the main office, my overall rating is 3 stars.
