Ratliff installed new vinyl siding on our Overland Park home. I was referred to them by a neighbor. This was a project that I should have committed to years ago, but finally decided this was time, summer of 2025. John the salesman surveyed our home and submitted the proposal. We chose 8" Certainteed board & batten vinyl, Natural Clay. John was tremendous to work with throughout the whole process. Was always available and oversaw the installation on-site a number of times. Outstanding communications. The install crew was fun to see work. Hard workers and fun personalities. Always on time - no issues whatsoever. No problems to correct. 100% satisfied. I would certainly recommened Ratliff for vinyl siding.

Update: the company called and made things right the following day. Their response was prompt and the communication was impeccable.Most definitely do not recommend!!! The young gentleman came out to clean the gutters and left debris everywhere, on my car included. Attempted to call but no answer. When the gentleman came to the door he stated he would clean the debris cleary…

Ratliff Enterprises did an outstanding job on our new roof and gutters! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the property clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent and every question we had was answered quickly and clearly.

Mike is a very good salesman. I believe he could make a decent living selling cow patties. If you are looking for just cosmetics in a new roof...call him. If you want a roof that is done right, with no leaks (2 weeks later) call someone else. There are plenty of good contractors to choose from, this one belongs at the bottom of your list. The picture is of flashing installed where the roof meets a concrete wall. This is his idea of "quality workmanship". Sky lights installed off center by 3 inches!! Save yourself some stress and call a professional, not a jack of all trades. Mike, I'm laughing at your response, the thought of a 70 yr old woman intimidating a roofing crew speaks volumes.

We had a new roof installed after the storm we had several weeks ago. The roof looks great. They did a wonderful job and were able to the job on my son’s day off.
