I want to leave this review in hopes that the owner and the team at MultiPro can see my experience as a customer. My roof is still not repaired yet, but I feel it’s important to share what has been happening so far. When we had that heavy storm in October, I was deeply grateful that MultiPro was the only roofing company that responded to me quickly. Bryce reached out right away, and s came to inspect my home the following day. For that, I am truly thankful. However, from that point until now, my experience has become very frustrating because of the lack of communication. As a customer, I constantly found myself having to call, text, and follow up just to know what was happening with my own property. There were times when I honestly felt like giving up because I didn’t understand why I had to be the one repeatedly reaching out for updates. I fully understand the delays with the insurance, and I appreciate the effort that went into resolving those issues. The claim is now approved, and Allstate is willing to work with us. At this point, we should be moving forward — but I’ve been waiting over a week again with no clear communication or game plan about when my home will finally be repaired. In today’s world, we all have cell phones. Even if a full update isn’t available right away, a simple message within 24–48 hours would mean so much. Going four days to a week with no reply is extremely stressful for a homeowner who is waiting on repairs. I am still grateful for the help MultiPro provided in the beginning, and I’m hoping things can improve from here. I just want to feel heard as a customer and stay informed about the next steps. Consistent communication would make a world of difference. Thank you, and I hope we can move forward positively. Grateful for Bryce and Ryan for putting the tarp but like what I requested before, our HOA here is very strict. I can’t have that there for a long time.

Andrew was wonderful to work with when our roof started leaking. He walked us through the steps with filling an insurance claim, answered any and all questions we had regarding the process, and was very efficient. We had our new roof installed in less than 3 weeks from our initial appointment! The install guys did a pretty good job at cleaning up as much of the rood debris as possible too

10/12/25 - update to my review pending action! First rain and a leak and Damage has occurred inside my house, one person has came out to fix it, leaked again and now more leaks and a lot more damage to interior and a restoration company is needed in an emergency fashion. Unfortunately for me, I have had a roof leak and damage before and know the process. Unfortunately for me this is the reason I got a new roof. However now new roof and MULTI-PRO in not responsive to the needs of restoration in an emergency. There will be a restoration company at my house tomorrow, either by my insurance or MULTI-PRO . I will follow up to this review as I have already notified ROC. I will update this review if my insurance or legal action needs to be taken. I have tried my best to put tarps on roof for the rain expected over the weekend and see if they take care of my home by Monday. If not "I will take care of my home" at all cost and multi pro will know what those costs are and be held liable for the remodel. The three numbers I have quit text me and taking my calls over the weekend, the main number on the website that says "call for storm damage" doesn’t answer. I asked to talk to the owner and have them call me back before I take legal action. I’m not happy. Water is in my house and we have a national weather service flood watch. They don’t seem to care and want to send a sub contractor to patch the new roof and I don’t need a roofer at this point I need walls open, ceilings, open, damage assessments, mold assessments, and yes full inspection by third party is scheduled. Original post- From the day Mike showed up for the estimate (I had three estimates) until the job was finished, Mike stayed in contact every step of the way, sent me progress pictures not only from the roof but from a drone. His guys on the roof were professional, cleaned up at the end of everyday (my roof is very large, 3 days). I had just drained and filled my pool so they covered it with plastic to keep debris and dust out. All the way around, professional work, great job. Mike and Multi Pro were recommended by a friend (so were the other two estimates) and I will refer Mike and Multi Pro to anyone and everyone. Thanks Mike and Multi Pro roofing solutions Team. I had the pleasure of working with Cody and Shaun for the replacement of my roof. Upon inspection, they identified several areas with wind damage. They immediately contacted my insurance company and got to work on having an adjuster come over for an inspection. After the approval, Sergio and his crew removed and installed a new roof on my home. They were professional and thorough, taking just a day and a half to complete the project. The install went smoothly and they cleaned up as if they were never there. I cannot say enough about this company and its employees. Thank you for my beautiful new roof and taking great care of this customer.

As daunting as the thought of getting a new roof is, Mike and his team at Multi-Pro Roof Solutions delivered. From my first phone call with Mike through the completion of the roof installation, he continued to have amazing communication. JR with HVAC was working before sunrise and made sure my A/C was back on my roof ASAP. Sergio and his crew did incredible work and after they finished, there was not one trace that they had ever been there (other than a new roof). I would definitely recommend this team!
