James and his Crew did the most Amazing job with our roof!!! There were a lot of other things that needed repair and replacement and Boss General Contracting took care of all of it making it a worry free seamless experience. Everything from the roof,gutters,chimney stack,wood replacement,windows & seals,fence staining and too many other things to name. We were so very pleased with all the work!!

I was very pleased with the entire process of working with Boss General Contracting. I needed a new roof, and Robbie worked closely with my insurance company every step of the way. The process was seamless for me. The crew for the roof installation paid attention to detail and did a perfect job with the clean up after installation. The damage on the wood was repaired when new gutters were installed. Robbie frequently communicated with me, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend Boss General Contracting!!!!

James Elmo with Boss General Contracting just did my roof and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Last year my neighbor Theresa did her roof with James and she was so enthusiastic about recommending him to me. My house looks completely upgraded with a new roof, gutters and paint. Oscar the foreman was polite courteous and professional through the entire process. After every project James checked in with me before work started and after it was completed. We were referred to Boss General Contracting by our realtor, who highly recommended Robby Bastian for our roof repair after hail storm damage. We needed a full replacement, and Robby was extremely thorough, communicative, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, from start to finish. He handled the submission of documentation to our insurance company, and the performed all work as promised, and on time. After his initial evaluation, we were able to choose color and style and move quickly to an installation date. Manny and his crew were exceptional and did a truly amazing job, including cleanup. If you need a reputable contractor, look no further—you won’t be disappointed!!!

The level of customer service that Robby from Boss General contractor is next level. I had a leak that was coming from my roof and I contacted Robby and he came out the next day and inspected my roof and within 24hrs it was fixed. He is honest, knowledgeable and professional. His work is the best! I highly recommend!!

10/10 we would work with James Elmo at Boss General Contracting again!! We have had multiple roofers come out to try and help us with getting our roof replaced with no luck. Having Allstate insurance they gave us the run around and with James a stressful situation was handled very easily and stress free. He took his time to explain the process step by step. He went above and beyond to help us fight against the insurance company and get our needs met. We had a leak coming through our roof, missing shingles, missing chunks exposing the wood under our shingles (crazy that we were denied to begin with). His company came in took it to another level called out an appraiser to help our battle for us. While the process of approval did take a few weeks James stayed in contact, helped me not to worry and kept us updated every step of the way. When we finally got approved, picking shingle colors and all the fine details for interior/ exterior repairs was hassle free. Besides the communication I was very thankful there was no pressure or hassle no demanding dead line. He was patient and respectful the entire time. Now that we are done he has stopped by to personally check the work of the crew (who was very kind, clean, through and quick by the way). As a young and 1st time homeowner thank you James for all the help!!
