AS OF FEB 8, 2021: See more reviews on Better Business Bureau. Anyone can pay to have an A+ rating which is not fair to customers looking for TRUE information. The "Contractor" FINALLY paid a month later even though Cornerstone had the check ready appx October 2020. SLOW TO PAY SUBCONTRACTORS. AS OF DEC 29: My balance has been paid. AS OF JAN 31: One of the contractors has NOT been paid! Larry, Trevor, Kiel, Joni / C R Pros (formerly with Cornerstone Roofing): As I said on the phone yesterday evening Dec 10: After the repairs ( of the repairs ) have been completed by the Certified Roofer AND their final invoice is not over $2,500 THEN I will send a money order for the balance of your final invoice. As with my project & Cornerstone - the rain has delayed my project. And same as Cornerstone my project is on the schedule which is currently estimated to be on Dec. 15 weather permitting. Trevor, the "owner" totally missed the point which was to comment on the project as a whole. Kiel nor your contracted roofer has never said anything nor ever came to inspect the cracked decking planks. Homer & Nabor were trying to do a good job but after two tries - I would be crazy to let them continue to 'practice' on my home! Does everyone think they did a great job here? After I noticed the cracks in the garage decking, I took pictures and sent them to Larry asking him and/or the foreman to inspect the decking in the attic space of the house which never happened. It's a good thing that I took the initiative to check into the work done by your subcontractors especially the cracked decking-planks. If the day-laborers would have been honest (oopps, the hammer went through the decking) and brought it to someone's attention (hey boss, we need to fix this area). They used wood to replace other areas - WHY would they not fix the little areas too just like the skylight. But instead here we are. Maybe those poor guys were worried about being fired and not receive their wages as discussed in the parking lot of a local hardware store or being deported? Not your slogan: LET'S DO A GREAT JOB FOR THIS CUSTOMER with TRAINING, COMMUNICATION, HONESTY, INITIATIVE! I understand that accidents happen and that our roof & repairs were not / are not common but it is clear that you guys only care about the money and NOT about doing a perfect job. As I have already stated: the FAIR and RIGHT thing to do for the house is (read above explanation and repeat until your final payment arrives).

My roof was just replaced with 3 tab luxury Certainteed Shingles. Daniel T initiated the contract, monitored my job and followed up with an inspection, both perimeter and on the roof, the following day. The process was very smooth. I've been in Real Estate/Construction since 1985 so I was pretty detailed. Thank you Daniel T and Cornerstone for a job well done!

Daniel and Mike did a great job working with our insurance company to get our claim approved after the recent storms. They were very responsive and empathetic to our situation; having never filed a claim before they really made the whole process simple. We will definitely refer them to anyone in need of a roof and will contact them for ourselves again in the future.

During the recent storm in Frisco, I noticed that the vent in my guest bathroom had water dripping from it. I found Cornerstone's contact number from my builder's cheat sheet and reached out to them for help. Mike returned my call on the 4th of July and reassured me that he would come out and look at the issue. He came out the next day and identified the problem and scheduled his crew to come out the next day. I wasn't expecting such a quick and professional response and follow through because I've been in my home for 2 years now and I haven't had the best experience with my builder. Nevertheless, Mike's response is commendable and I will not hesitate to use Cornerstone Roofing to replace my roof when the time comes. Thank you, Mike!

On March 24th there was a terrible hail storm in Allen. There were so many so called roofing companies door knocking that I had to put a NO SOLICITING sign on my door! Brad and his company were redoing my neighbors roof and I had a few questions about mine. After talking to him and actually seeing the quality work his company did I chose to go with them. The lifetime warranty and the attentiveness along with the quick communication made my experience extremely painless!

After the hail storms from 2018 my wife and I thought our roof was fine. I later found out there was significant damage to my roof, fence and gutters. When project manager Brad met with my insurance they were able to find some things I didn’t even know were a major issue. I am thankful that my sister recommended him to me otherwise I would of never known the damage On my roof was that bad!!

Have used Cornerstone Roofing since 2010. They did a great install on our new large custom home in Lucas,Texas in 2010 as well as a roof replacement on our house and barn in McKinney in 2022. Leo and Cam are always great to work with. Very reasonable on price.
