1st National Roofing

The roofing crew came to my house on the two very hottest days of the month. They began about noon on the very long, terribly hot first day. They finished the roof in the very early hours of the second day. The roof was complete by '10 a.m. They cleaned up all of their leftover materials and swept my yard for nails that were accidentally dropped. Each member of their team knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. They were efficient and fast. Joseph Miller, the project manager, was on the job before they came and after they left. He told me what to expect, and all was done just as he'd told me it would be. He was a great help to me personally since he handled all the insurance business for me while I sat quietly by. This company is not to be trusted in business dealings whatsoever. They will try to maximize every nickel from the insurance company proceeds, and then milk the customer for Every drop of money they can get out of them, and then not pay their salesman commissions to top it all off. I would warn anybody in the Dallas area to avoid doing business with these people at all cost.

Hats off to 1st National Roofing (Joeseph Miller, Director of Sales in particular) for going through the process on getting us a new roof. We had been battling our insurance company for a decade due to missing shingles after hail damage, wind storms, and roof inspector denials with other roofing companies. After getting tired of climbing and repairing my own roof over the last 10 years and realizing that I am not getting any younger, I finally decided to give 1st National Roofing a try. The process was easy from day one. Never having to lift a finger, the whole process, from initial meeting, was on autopilot. Joe and his team really went the extra mile and dealt with the insurance company, even after yet another denial. The roofing team did a fantastic job, from having an interest in our personal safety, to being cognizant of our garden and small trees using tarps, to clean up of all debris and nails. I was particularly happy with the honesty and transparency than remained between us thruout the whole process. If anyone asks me for my recommendation for roofing specialists, I would have to say 1st National Roofing, LLC is "fail safe"

Josep and Stephen from 1st National, along with their crew, did a phenomenal job on our roof replacement after the spring hail storm. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing work.

We have a very steep roof with small sections vs one large area. The crew worked long hours and did a wonderful job. I recommend them very highly.
