We were so happy with our experience with Custer Remodeling. I don't think there's anything they do not do. We filed our first insurance claim and besides a new roof, ended up with new siding, window screens, and to top it off a new AC unit and furnace. I give all the thanks to Logan Swanson for his knowledge, willingness, professionalism, and dedication to see each facet of every project through. Bryan and his team at Custer Remodeling did a wonderful job dealing with my insurance company. It took 4 different appraisals to get Allstate to realize the extent of the hail damage to my roof. Bryan did not falter, and stayed in contact with me and the Allstate team throughout the process. I think many other companies would have given up, but Custer Remodeling stuck through to the end. Great customer service! Very honest company to work with. They just did my roof. My insurance company was a pain in the tail. But Custer Remodeling was very patient and worked hard to get my insurance company to pay for my roof. Great guys, they worked quick and are very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was dreading the whole roofing experience, but Custer Remodeling made it easy. Our job site manager "Logan Swanson" was always there from the very beginning to the end. He answered all my questions, took care of all the paperwork, and was on site everyday making sure the roof installation was painless to me the homeowner.
