I've had my roof replaced 4 times over the years on different houses, and honestly, no one has been as knowledgeable as Igor. Working with Imperial Roofing was by far the best experience, and the results were amazing. Igor was very patient and gave us a ton of useful info. Make me felt like I was changing the roof the first time because there were so many things I didn’t know before. He also helped us navigate the insurance process and even got our entire fence stained. The installation was quick, but still really high quality. Our house looked brand new when they were done. We had our roof, gutters, and shutters replaced this year with Imperial Roofing after a major hail storm. The company did a great job from the start. I appreciated how they were professional from the start of the process and stayed with us during the whole insurance claim until the whole insurance claim process was completely closed. We had issues with our insurance adjuster who was difficult to work with, but our contacts with Imperial were persistent and patient. The quality of work from the roofers was great. The workers were clean and picked up their trash. In summary, out of the three roofing companies I have ever used, I would rank Imperial as the best. I will use them again in the future if I have another major insurance claim.

Riley, their sales representative, did a great job in explaining everything. The crew did the job in one day as expected and the new roof looks fantastic. A special touch was painting all the vents on the roof to match the new roof color and they did a great job of cleaning everything up. We would definitely recommend Imperial for anyone needing a roof or even just an inspection.
