Everything went well with our roof installation on yesterday 6/2/25. The workers were very professional and did an awesome job protecting personal property. Their Production Manager Cody Johnson was awesome and was very active and visible onsite to ensure that everything went well and kept us informed of anything that we needed to know. It was a great experience overall and I'm sure we will be using A&M Premier Roofing & Construction for other projects that we are considering. Also, Harrison Barton the Project Manager did a fantastic job working with us with the insurance claims and making sure we understood the details of what was to happen and made sure to answer any questions we had. He always made himself available to us. Thank you for being true to your advertisement and to your word. We appreciate you and your company. These guys were great! First off they took such good care of us all the way from the first meet up. Dealing w/ the insurance company and all the beginning stages were a breeze. The day of the roof replacement we were greeted by the production manager and the original sales rep which made us feel like our business truly mattered to them. The crew did a phenomenal job and took great care not to damage anything on my property while also making sure the area was spotless afterwards for my dogs safety. Roof looks pristine!! Can’t say enough nice things about this company. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Noel and his team did an excellent job. They covered everything. Edit 10/15/2025 - Back up to 5 stars. We had a money dispute and I had to work with Steven the owner of A&M. You really see what people are like during a money dispute and I gotta say Steven is good people. He really does care about customer experience more than money and that is pretty rare these days. Despite the challenges I think you can feel pretty safe going with A&M. They will do their best to do right by you. Also it rained during the weekend and the roof didn't leak. Edit 10/3/2025. I need to amend this review as they did not cover everything. As they delivered the materials they scraped the driveway with the forklift. Kudos to A&M on this they got someone out same day and power washed the driveway. Obviously this does not repair the scrape but I am happy with the outcome. I paid them extra to install 3 vents and hook them up to bathroom fans. The master bath fan wasn't working after this. To his credit Noel came out the next day and repaired it. I also had them replace two skylights. In the master bath I asked and had them put it into the notes to please score the drywall so that the skylight could come out cleanly and I wouldn't have drywall work to do. I am incredibly bad at drywall and it frustrates me to have to do it. They assured me this would be no problem. Pulled the skylight and installed a new one. First glance the drywall was a bit messy but nothing I can't live with. Then I saw the left side. I contacted Noel and sent him the picture. He informed me that the people who originally installed the drywall left a gap so that is reason for this gaping hole. Now, the house was built in 1986 and I cant begin to express how frustrated I am with NC contractors explaining why something happened because the house wasn't perfect. Yes, I understand the house isnt perfect but that is why I am hiring professionals. If unexpected things are found, I rely on their experience to address them instead of "Yea you had a gap so now you got a hole, I am sure you can fix it." It was also pointed out to me that I selected "no I did not want A&M to do interior skylight work" on the contract. Wait what now? When we went over the contract it was presented like that was for new skylights which needed interior work. Of course if during the install the interior section of the skylight looks like crap I am not gonna be happy about that. Also how could I know if I wanted that until I know the price? Why is this even an option on the form? A&M offered to put in a change order to fix this which at least over the phone would be more than $100. For a $7000 job which I added on another $1650, I just don't wanna give anymore than $100. For someone who knows what they are doing probably a 20 minute job to measure and hang nice looking trim to cover the gap. For me? Probably a day to learn how to cut trim on a slant and make it not look terrible. And multiple trips to the store when I screw it up the 1st 5 times. So I went from pleased to frustrated. I understand damage happens in construction but I really didn't want to have to do drywall and trim work. Hasn't rained yet so I can't speak to the waterproofing of the roof. Looks good from the pictures and ground. Will update again if anything new occurs.

The team at A&M is superb from sales to roof installation. These professionals communicated early and clearly with me. They were clearly intentional with the work performed and exhibited great attention to detail in their craftsmanship, cleanliness and in how they handled my personal property. Great experience and highly recommend!

A&M Premier just finished replacing our roof and we could not be happier with the service we received throughout the whole process. From the first moment, Stephen explained everything in detail and was always available to answer my questions. We have been approached by other roofers prior, but Stephen didn’t make us feel like it was another sales pitch. He was dedicated and polite and we knew we made the right choice. A couple months later, we have a brand new roof! Our production manager was Monterro and he was amazing! He was very friendly and very transparent about any issues that came up (pricing, additional costs). He was available throughout the day and kept us informed. Delivery of materials was prompt (the day before) and the crew showed up bright and early the next day. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and the next day. I was very impressed that they were all polite, hardworking, and most of all, they really respected the property and the surrounding areas. The cleanup was great and they made sure everything was picked up. I can’t thank A&M Premier enough for their hard work throughout this project! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roofs replaced!
