The roof removal/installation team did a great job. Walking around the house, you can see that all the seams and corners are neat and clean. I worked with Sales Rep/Project Manager Fred Medlin. He checked in before the project started to make sure I was ready, and stopped by each day to talk with the team and review progress with me. I appreciate that the team cleaned up the yard after the job. I have no plans to buy another house, but if I did and a new roof was needed, I would call Fred Medlin.

Our involvement with the Roofwerks team was a 5-star experience from beginning to end! Roofwerks is the only roofing company that I would do business with and I highly recommend them. They just replaced the roof on our house and detached garage, and they both look amazing! Chris White and the Roofwerks team are fantastic to work with. Chris thoroughly explained every aspect of the roof replacement process, was quick to respond, and was available throughout the entire procedure. The crew who replaced our roof was also incredible. They worked tirelessly in the 100-degree heat and completed the job in a day and a half. Their attention to detail when installing the roof and the clean up afterwards was meticulousness. All work was completed timely and of very high quality. I have received several comments from neighbors on the quality and the appearance of our new roof.

He patiently explained the roofing process, and offered evidence backing the company’s ability to perform. The work went well. On time and on schedule in every regard. When the work was completed, Nat performed the quality assurance inspection personally. The work was priced within the estimate provided by our insurance company, so there were no difficulties obtaining reimbursement from them.

He clearly communicated what to expect and went the extra mile to make sure that all questions were addressed and that the project was completed on time. Recently I had roof replacement done by Roofwerks. Nat was my contact person. He was responsive and professional in handling my case. Roof was replaced in 2 days in the midst of crazy rain storms. Nat managed the replacement in a proficient manner. I am happy with the result! Thank you, Nat!

ROOFWERKS replaced my roof this past summer. All those involved did a great job on the installation and showed respect for my home and the garden beds surrounding it. Cleanup was thorough.
