Triangle’s Trusted Roofing

I found Triangle's Trusted Roofing through Google reviews and they were the quickest to respond—much faster than others I contacted. They sent their license and insurance info right away, and the black gutters/downspouts on my gray/blue shed look classy and modern. The install went well, and when a quick adjustment was needed, they took care of it promptly and professionally. I appreciate their responsiveness and would definitely hire them again.

Triangle Trusted Roofing did an excellent job on our roof! I’ve never had a company able to schedule a job so quickly. The site supervisor, Jerry was so kind, knowledgeable & thorough. We had a beautiful, expertly done roof in one day (we had ~12 people working on the roof). The workers were fabulous & they completely cleaned up all debris at the end of the day. We had a small issue months later with edge of ridge cap and a trim piece (which wasn’t even part of their roofing job) & Jerry sent over a delightful young man who cheerfully corrected both issues. We couldn’t be happier with this roofing company- Great customer service!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the start, Ryan was very communicative. He responded quickly and came out to do an estimate for new gutters within a week. When there was a delay in getting satellite imagery, Ryan let us know immediately. The gutter team was fantastic! They arrived around 10:15am and had completed the job as well as cleanup by 2:15pm. They answered any questions I had and were very professional. I have two little kids that I had to put down for a nap while they were working, and they didn’t even wake the kids up! I am so happy with the decision to have their team install our gutters. They look fantastic!

Triangle’s Trusted Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof and skylights. Ryan and his team were professional, communicative, and extremely organized. The crew worked efficiently, showed real craftsmanship, and left the property spotless when finished. It’s rare to find a contractor this dependable and detail oriented. Highly recommend TTR for top quality roofing work done right.

Ryan and Jerry were amazing. Answering all of our questions and scheduling us promptly and before our scheduled move. We also had some nail pops that cause some ceiling chips and they promptly repaired with no issues. They started nice and early and wrapped up by the end of the day. The roof looks amazing, the house was left clean, and they have the most competitive price! Couldn't have asked for a better experience as first time homeowners!

Our new roof was installed in 2023. It went smoothly and was on time. But what I appreciate most is the post-installation service. Triangle Trusted advised us on bat mediation and other questions more than a year after the work was completed. Their follow up service is outstanding.

Was the first time ever having to deal with home insurance, and Ryan was with us all the way answering my many questions and concerns. Triangle's Trusted Roofing gave the most complete and competitive quote out of all the companies I had called around for. And like all the other reviewers have mentioned and will mention, Jerry is simply the best! Just so kind and knowledgeable about his work. He really is there the whole day, assisting his crew and answering any questions. His crew started work early that day and finished before the evening. They were very hardworking working in 90+(feels like 100+) heat, and were very careful in cleaning up everything like how it was before. After the job was completed, Jerry/Ryan still stayed in contact and helped me finish the work with the insurance part. Triangle's Trusted Roofing lives up to their name, highly recommended.
