I really hate giving a bad review to a small business. I also owned my own business, & I know how unfair reviews can be. But for the last 5 years, we’ve had trouble with the solar panels Brazil installed. We had to complain to the State Contractors Licensing Board before Brazil would even inspect the panels. They said they’re not working right, & they handed me the warranty they sold us, & told us to have the warranty fix the system. When I tried to contact the solar warranty, it’s a giant run around, with nobody knowing anything about a solar warranty. Brazil filed a claim 6 months ago, but it was for the roof and not the solar panels. Brazil tells you they’ll handle any warranty problems when you buy their roof and solar system. But 2 years later and their attitude changes. They’re polite on the phone, they just won’t do anything. I’m sorry I had to post this. (This review got a response from Brazil. They’re happy to report that they got the approval to fix our solar system. They have the parts and are ready to go. Amazing, we only need to sign the paperwork, and they’re ready to go. Five years and still waiting.) Google asked for any more information I might have, and unfortunately I do. The Solar Warranty Brazil sold us, was from Certain Teed. They gave me a claim number and the name of the adjuster, L Anderson. I’ve called them 9 times. Then they give you a new special top secret number to call. Of course the "special" number refers you back to their original number. Then I was told there is no one named L Anderson working at Certain Teed. More calls…. suddenly L Anderson does work there, but she’s not available. Leave messages, but no call back. More calls, and they’re very sorry, but they found her email. Of course the emails are bounced back. Something is wrong with their server. More calls, and Certain Teed verifies the email is correct. I sent a new email from a friend’s email address. It went through, but no response. Since the system stopped working 5 years ago, we’ve lost over $20,000 in solar production. We’ve spent more money cleaning worthless solar panels, than the system has produced. Over time we’ve learned that many solar companies have gone out of business. Within a few years, the systems are obsolete, and spare parts aren’t available. A 30 year warranty is worthless when parts aren’t available. The State of California pushed homeowners to install solar, and now does nothing to help homeowners with all the bankruptcies and problems. SMUD keeps trying to sell us a new solar system that will produce 33% more than our current system… if it works. SMUD must think we can’t read. When you read their fine print, SMUD admits that the new system will lose $20K over the life of the system… if it actually works for 30 years. I always seem to be the last to learn. For most people his is old news. Solar is one more giant scam that California has heaped on its own citizens. Right now I would be happy if Brazil would remove our solar system and throw it in a dumpster. Fix the damage to our new roof, and we’ll release them from any liability. We’ll eat the $30,000 it cost, just to get the ugly mess off our roof. And one last thank you to the California State Legislature for this solar joke. I’m sure our Politicians got fat contributions from the Solar Industry. Is it any wonder it cost so much to live in California.

Several years ago (2017) we were searching for a roofing company to educate us on the type of roofing and the best application for our home. The knowledge and professional approach with a very detailed bid captured our attention and business over other companies. Our job was completed in a timely matter, with outstanding craftsmanship and cleanup. Over the years we have needed help from Brazil with the solar being installed on a tile roof, inspections, tile replacement, and recommendations. Our most recent inspection was last week , March 24, 2025. As with all of our inspections/needs Brazil provided just the right person to assist us. The company is very professional and provides quality products and workmanship. I highly recommend them for any type of roofing job!

We recently had a roof repair completed and were very impressed with the professionalism of the team. Initially, we had a leak in the attic, and the inspector identified two aging vents that needed replacement. These were replaced promptly in July 2024. However, during heavy rains in November, we noticed the leak persisted. We contacted the company, and they responded immediately. Their foreman, Luis, and the inspector, Abraham, came out the same day to assess and repair the issue. They quickly addressed the problem by repairing the damaged vent. Do yourself a favor and don't look any further for a roofing contractor!! Brazil roofing is quality construction. Their team of personnel, from the office staff to the roofers are as professional as they come. On time and on price. The estimator came out and spent 2.5 hours doing an inspection, including pictures of needed work. They get quality lumber for the fascia boards. They answer all questions patiently and with detailed knowledge. The contract is written thoroughly and comprehensively. Thank you Mike, Nick, and David for a job well done!!

What a great experience. After having a frustrating time with a few other roofing companies, I contacted Mike at Brazil Quality Roofing and I'm glad I did. His team did a great job and I'm really happy with how my new roof came out. His team treated my house as if it was their own. The whole process was fast and efficient. If my friends or family needed a new roof, I would highly reccomend them.

A few winters ago we had quite a rainstorm and the next morning I found the ceiling in the kitchen had two wet spots from a roof leak that developed. We called a few roofing places and Brazil Quality Roofing had the fastest response and good reviews, so we booked them George came out and took a look, he showed me what was happening and how to diagnose the problem. He put the fix in place and everyone was happy. Fast forward to the latest storms early 2019. The same spots in the kitchen were wet after a storm. We called Brazil, thinking this is a warranty issue. They sent George out the next day. After looking about, he found a leak in a different spot that flowed under the tile down the same valley of the last leak. He was there for about 10 minutes bending the flashing into the shape the initial installer should have done. I figured, new leak, new fix, its not a warranty call. So, I asked how much I owed him and he said "Don't worry about it!". So, thanks to George and Brazil Quality Roofing for being responsive and coming out to make things right.
