Informed Roofing Company is the best Roofing Company of the world!!! They have experience in dealing with insurance companies and insurance claim handling; they are insured and licensed, and, use the highest quality product. If I could give them 10 stars I will give it to them. They are super professionals, they really care their costumers, they really help the costumers during the claim proces and they never leave you alone!! I am so happy to have found them!! My roof had a damage and they helped me to replace it. They also helped me to upgrade it using shingles of 30 year. They were always on time and extremely professionals. Informed Roofing & Restoration recently replaced our roof. Michael & Sergio were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. From evaluating our roof, helping us choose colors and materials, and preparing the bid correctly for our insurance company, their service and professionalism were beyond compare. During the installation of our new roof, the crew was very careful to make sure old materials and nails were cleaned up. I cannot recommend this company more! At the initial inspection, they analyzed my porch roof issue and gave a preliminary estimate pending upon what they found after looking inside. A more serious issue was subsequently discovered, unfortunately, due to improper construction of the add-on. That required a new estimate of the two options available to me. After a full explanation, I made my decision and received a fair price. Work was done quickly except for the stucco (not their department), and the result is beautiful! (Stucco work by Art Torres--also at a fair price!)

I had never filed an insurance claim before and their instructions and assistance were very helpful. Mr. Cantú & Mr. Moloney were very professional during the service they provided to my honorable neighbor Mr. Acevedo. He served our country in the Military. He would not have been able to do it alone, as his situation with the house’ insurance was extremely inusual; only people with experience and reliable might have helped him.
