We are very pleased with the work done by Designer Roofing. The crew was quick, efficient and professional. We actually contracted to have them do a second roof for us, and have already referred them to others in our neighborhood. Highly recommend.

After getting 17" of rain in 10 days, I couldn’t ignore the leak around my hall bathroom skylight and called Patrick with Designer Roofing. He was very responsive and came out to look at my roof the following day. He provided a very reasonable quote and took care of it two days later - when he said he would. Aside from the work he was hired to complete, he went above and beyond and took care of several other minor issues while there - flashing at the gable that was coming up and some other exposed nails were caulked so they would not rust. He did this work voluntarily and I’m very appreciative! I hope I don’t have any more issue with the roof but I would definitely hire Patrick and Designer Roofing again.

Daniel and his team have been excellent for our HOA. We had multiple buildings in need of quick repair and he was on the job quickly with excellent customer service. He also handled a tin bay window roof that needed repair while handing out shingle roofs. Big & little projects done fast and at a fair price!

Designer Roofing & Restoration replaced the entire roof in one day. They mobilized a sizable team and got to work very early that morning and finished up by the end of the day. I was impressed with the speed at which they completed the work. I would have given them 5 stars, but I was displeased with the way they fastened the flashing to the wall above the entry stoop. Silver fastener heads were very visible against the black flashing and much of the flashing buckled (warped) due to the way the fasteners were attached and tightened. I brought this to the manager/owner's attention and sent him a photo of the flashing, but he told me that was the proper way of fastening that type of flashing to masonry (brick) walls. As a licensed architect, I know better than that. The original flashing they replaced was not fastened that way, and the fasteners heads were not visible at all; neither did the original flashing buckle after 21 years. He suggested what I could do, as the homeowner, to make the faster heads not as visible. That is not the job of the homeowner. As the hired roofing contractor, he should have had his guys come back and fix that eye sore they created. In addition, the crew left numerous roofing nails in the driveway, which could have easily gotten lodged into our car tires. UPDATE: The owner of Designer Roofing reached out to me after my initial review and got the issue resolved. He sent a crew member out to replace the attachments and made them less noticeable to blend with the flashing. It looks much better and the crimping is no longer visible. Therefore, I changed my rating to 5 stars.

Absolutely recommend this roofing company! Patrick was great with keeping us informed on weather situations. The crew worked tirelessly and were very efficient. Even the cleanup was spotless! Don’t hesitate to call this company for your needs!
