Erik and Elliot were fantastic from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful with dealing with the insurance and able to keep the process moving forward. They were able to get everything worked out within a couple weeks and start work on the room. The efficiency of removing the old roof and installing the new roof was unheard of. Start to Finish was about 7 hours. Clean up was spotless and never would have known they were there, ensuring the backyard and grass was clean and safe for the kids to play. Can't recommend United Contracting Group enough if you need need your room replaced.

I am in maintenance at an apartment complex and during the first round of monsoons that I got back in August I had a major roof leak. I worked with these guys and they are very professional punctual and direct. Definitely recommend. Now we have had recent rains and it has remained water tight.

For this 74 yr old woman having to handle all of the household issues because my husband is incapacitated, I can say there has been nothing but honest professionalism from all I have worked with at UCG. They have helped handle all correspondence for my roof with the insurance company, kept me informed every step of the way and gone above with their kindness in getting things handled. In addition. The roof looks beautiful! The work and cleanup was very neat and timely. It has definitely enhanced the look of our home. So many positive comments from our neighbors. Derek has been my go to guy and has been wonderful to work with. He was very patient with my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. United replaced my roof in 2022, with the monsoon winds i had some tiles lift. I called the office and Erik was at my door in under 1hr! Minor repair completed fast and efficient!! Fast, responsive and very nice!! Highly recommend!

They replaced our roof in 2021 and did a great job. Responded to my texts promptly and did a great job on the roof. We are now selling the house 4 years later and the buyer wants a receipt of the work done on the roof which of course I can’t find. I called and talked to Nick. He was super nice about it and sent over what I needed within 30 mins. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased & satisfied with the work & professionalism of all parties involved in the installation of the roof @ my home. I have received several compliments from neighbors about how good the roof looks & how amazing that it was completed in one day. The crew started work early before 7am & completed around 3:30 or 4pm.
