Alpine Roof Care

We were referred to Alpine Roof Care by our neighbor. We had wonderful service from beginning to end, from responsiveness of quote to Ignacio cleaning our roof and power washing our driveway/patio! Everyone at Alpine Roof Care was courteous and professional. Their quote was fair and the quality of work was great. We will definitely use them again!

I recently had Alpine Roof clean my gutters and Antonio who was the person who did it was exceptional. He even blew clean the neighbor’s lawn where some of our debris fell. His work ethic and thoroughness deserves recognition.

We had Alpine first do a repair when we had a leak. They were one of the few companies that got back to me quickly. The guys are nice and super down to earth. We knew when we needed a new roof we would go through them. Our new roof looks great, the guys were super fast and cleaned up everything very well. Can’t recommend them enough.

EXCELLENT service! I needed roof repairs and a thorough cleaning for a 27yr old TILE roof. I have used other companies that have taken my money and done a poor job or left me with more broken tiles causing leaks. Alpine fixed all that and got me back to brand new. They gave a detailed bid, carried out the work as specified and provided before and after photos. I highly recommend Alpine!

Not how many of these reviews are false but here’s my experience. I received a flyer for a roof and gutter cleaning for $299. I called told them I had a coupon and would like to schedule them to come out. I was told I would have the proposal by the end of the day. Next day still no response so I called again, oh ya, we will get that right to you. Next day it finally showed up but was for $100 more than the coupon. I asked why and was told well for steep roofs it’s more and we included the garage. Ok, my roof is not steep at all and the garage is within the footprint so there is no extra space. I told here that the footprint is only about 1200 square feet and the coupon says up to 1800. I was told a manager would look at it and get back to me later in the day A couple days and 2 phone calls later they are still not honering their advertised price. Called some else, they honored their special, came out the same day and did a great job!!!

Honestly, this is a great Roof Company. I so appreciate Crystal, the owner. She is kind and always available for a question. They are very reasonably priced and come inspect and clean my roof each year. I feel so much better knowing my roof is in their hands - really. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alpine Roof Care was great for my recent roof and gutter cleaning. The technician, Antonio showed up on time, but when he checked my roof before starting the job, he informed me that he has to install couple anchors for additional cost due to severe slope of my roof. I was not informed of this when I received the estimate and so I called Alpine and talked with Angela. She was super nice and professional and stated that the potential anchor requirement was not included in the initial bid, so she covered it at no cost. With couple permanent anchors installed and excellent job by Antonio, I plan to use Alpine Roof Care for my future roof and gutter cleaning. Alpine also had the lowest estimate among few estimates I got from other companies. I also liked that they use water cleaning to get rid of moss and debris from the roof. Excellent company overall.
