We’re pleased to share our great experience with Asset Roofing Company in replacing our roof. We closed on our home in late September 2024, knowing it would need a new roof. Once settled, we requested bids from several companies in late November, including Asset Roofing. After receiving six bids from qualified companies, Asset Roofing stood out as the clear choice. Owner Anthony Langdon personally met with us at the house in late November to assess the scope of work. His proposal was thorough, competitively priced, and included an option to replace our gutters at the same time—an option we ultimately chose and are glad we did. The entire contracting process was smooth, efficient, and completed online. Our project manager, JR, kept us informed throughout the entire project, providing updates on material deliveries, the work schedule, and promptly responding to any questions we had—though there were few, thanks to the team's professionalism. The crew began work in late December and handled a few weather-related scheduling challenges with minimal impact on the overall timeline. The on-site foreman and crew were outstanding—punctual, friendly, and courteous. They worked efficiently and made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day. We highly recommend Asset Roofing Company for their professionalism, competitive pricing, and high-quality work.

After watching them put my neighbor's roof on, I was impressed by how clean they left the job site. I called them up and needed them to schedule me quickly so I could get the roof done before an already scheduled paint job. Art, Joyce, and Brenden, were able to accommodate. After talking through my options with Anthony I decided to move forward with the installation of my roof. I am overall very impressed with the project which was managed by Laureano and Evan. It was exactly what I envisioned and I was very impressed with everyone at the company who was involved in this project which was done in a timely manner and with the professionalism a homeowner hopes for. I originally reached out to Anthony at Asset Roofing after some inspection findings on a home that my wife and I were already in escrow to close. Needless to say, we were freaking out! Anthony was flexible, responsive and interactive from start to finish. He connected with my Real Estate agent and bid the job the very next day; he was even willing to accept payment at close from the seller.
